    If I'd known they only cared about how many miles were on my trade in, I would never cared to trade it in with new tires or service my vehicle at Crain... and I would have never filled it with premium fuel for the 3 yrs I drove it. These dealers don't want to pay anything for trade ins.... all they want to do is rake in the money!

    As in all car dealers, they are friendly enough...but the buying process leaves one very uneasy. No loan terms are given...but they do run your credit.... After all stacks on paperwork are signed, all you are given is a sales contract....and they tell you they'll mail everything. WHAT?? Who is loan company...what is the interest rate??? All they say is what the payment will be. Okay.....how do they know that without the terms??? I would be skeptical to purchase another car here. Not sure I trust them. I went home and made my own deal with finance, then came back. You should too.

    One of the most comfortable and stress free moments ever! They listened to exactly what it was that I wanted and was very patient with my specifics! I... was approved and rode off with my brand new 2018 Chevy Malibu. I recommend Crain Chevrolet to anyone who's looking to purchase a car.

    We tried a dealership closer to us (Bentonville) and left in disgust, so we drove a little farther to Crain, where we'd purchased a used car a few years... earlier. The difference was night-and-day. No attempt to squeeze more out of us than we could afford, and Wally Walters found every discount and special program he could for us to get us into the right vehicle at the right price. We won't go anywhere else now. Crain is worth the drive.

    My husband found a 2018 truck online that had chrome bug shield and rain guards. He set up an appointment, the salesman wasn't there when he arrived.... He was given a different salesman. They had removed the bug shield and rain guards, the truck had 1200 more miles that what was listed on the internet. We declined the extended warranty. We called to do a payoff when we received the payment coupons. The payoff was $4,000 more than our paperwork stated. My husband left Jason a message to call him back on Friday. He left another message on Saturday morning with no return call. He called again and the girl who answered said he was right there. He said my husband would have to drive back to Conway to sign a form declining the warranty. This is a 200 mile round trip for us. While he was at Crain getting this taken care of, another person called with the same problem. Had we not called for the payoff, we would not have known. This was at the Conway dealership.

    I bought a used car from Crain of Conway and i was initially very happy with my experience. After 30 days i did not receive my contract or any paperwork... to register my car or pay my sales tax. It has now been 49 days since i purchased the car, still no paperwork. On top of that, they added a $4,000 warranty to my loan that i was not aware of. When i specifically asked about the warranty he told me “that’s what you asked for” and it absolutely was not. They will scam you into spending extra money any way they can. DO NOT GO HERE TO BUY A CAR!

    I brought my Solstice in for a recall. After waiting a couple of hours, I was told that they had to order a part, that they would call me when it came... in, and it would only take a few minutes to install. After they didn't call for two weeks, I called them. The parts department said they had no record of a part being ordered for me, and spent forever trying to find out what it was. She finally said she'd call me back. A while later she called back and said she'd found it, it was in stock, and they'd take care of it if I'd come in at 8:00 Monday morning. I was there at 7:50, service said they'd get right on it. I sat and waited until 10:15, and he came out and said it'd be another 30 minutes. An hour and a half later it was ready. No explanation as to why it took so long, no apology, just "They were working on it". If it takes four hours, no problem. Just tell me, and I'd drop it off. Just don't tell me it'll take a few minutes and then have me sit in the waiting room for half a day.
