I just had an extremely negative experience with this

I just had an extremely negative experience with this dealership. I expressed interest in a truck on their lot and received a call from a salesperson. I confirmed with the salesperson the price of the truck and also confirmed that I would need the truck shipped to me since I'm out of state. He said he would work on it. 6 hours later I still hadn't heard back from the salesperson so I texted him and asked him for an update. He said his manager is working on the shipping of the truck and will give me a price quote the next day. So today comes and the salesperson says he was quoted $5,000 to ship the truck to me. That's absurd as I've shipped several trucks and it's never over $1,500. I tell him I'll just find my own shipping company. I then tell him to please send me the price quote we had discussed yesterday. I reviewed the qoute and discount that we talked about yesterday had been cut down by 30%! The best part is on the website the truck is STILL advertised with the full discount price. I ask him why he didn't give me the full discount that we discussed the day before and his response is that the discount price was an "accident" and that the website takes 24-48 hours to update. He also tells me when I sent an email request for more info it was at the time when the discount wasn't as large. Complete xx. So not only does the salesperson go back on his word about the price of the truck, he refuses to give me the discount that is STILL on the website! This is why people hate the dealership experience. Salespeople at Superior Nissan Conway do not honor what they say to their customers and don't even honor the discount prices on their own website!

I’d like to know how Nissan still has the sale on the kits for 23,000 and I paid 28,000 for mine they said it was a mistake with the corporation and yesterday I paid my sales tax to thousand dollars Saturday and I paid $26,000 for my car I will never buy a Nissan again do not shop at Nissan dealership

Most disrespectful people I’ve ever had to work with.

Most disrespectful people I’ve ever had to work with. They do not care about the customers, only themselves. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Their customer service was extremely poor and rude! Unfortunately the car I wanted was there and had to force them to cancel contracts that are just a scam. Tried getting ahold of them by calling and sending emails and heard nothing back. Had to drive 4 hours just to get them to cancel, and they lied about everything. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE!

I had been searching for a car and my info was forwarded to numerous dealerships. I was contacted by several salespeople who were aggressive and were sure they were the only one who could help. One even tried to unload a vehicle I was not interested in. This was Not the case at Superior. They checked to see what I had in mind, what I could pay and worked toward that end. No pressure just working to meet my goals. Loved the experience. Fast financing process and I was good to go.

Bought a used car at Superior

On September 18, 2019 I wrote a very bad review. I had just bought a used car and felt the deal wasn't handled correctly. After trying to talk to the dealership I thought it was a dead issue. The next day I received a text from Mr. Poncho Redfern, Vice President of Superior Nissan. He was genuinely concerned about my experience and my review. We texted on several occasions over the next few weeks and were able to resolve everything. He was very professional and his communication skills are outstanding. Thank you!

Best Dealership

I want to start by saying this is the cleanest and friendliest dealership I have EVER been to. Their whole staff went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and happy! They made the car buying experience as smooth and painless as possible - which isn't easy! They were upfront about all costs and numbers. I've never been to a dealership as honest and friendly as this one. If you're in the market for a car, GO HERE! They've earned a customer for life.
