I had been searching for a car and my info was forwarded to numerous dealerships. I was contacted by several salespeople who were aggressive and were sure they were the only one who could help. One even tried to unload a vehicle I was not interested in. This was Not the case at Superior. They checked to see what I had in mind, what I could pay and worked toward that end. No pressure just working to meet my goals. Loved the experience. Fast financing process and I was good to go.

Bought a used car at Superior
On September 18, 2019 I wrote a very bad review. I had just bought a used car and felt the deal wasn't handled correctly. After trying to talk to the dealership I thought it was a dead issue. The next day I received a text from Mr. Poncho Redfern, Vice President of Superior Nissan. He was genuinely concerned about my experience and my review. We texted on several occasions over the next few weeks and were able to resolve everything. He was very professional and his communication skills are outstanding. Thank you!

I want to start by saying this is the cleanest and friendliest dealership I have EVER been to. Their whole staff went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and happy! They made the car buying experience as smooth and painless as possible - which isn't easy! They were upfront about all costs and numbers. I've never been to a dealership as honest and friendly as this one. If you're in the market for a car, GO HERE! They've earned a customer for life.

Superior Customer Experience
We were treated very well throughout the buying process. They had the right vehicle and were willing to negotiate down to an acceptable price. No pressure to use Nissan financing - no extended warranty nonsense. Overall great experience.

DON'T EVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!
We purchased a new Nissan Versa from this dealership and in less than 2 years the driver seat broke. To use this wasn't a huge problem. The problem didn't come into play until we had to take it in for repair. First we took it in back in the first part of October 2018. They said they had to order a new seat. This was good, they said they would call us when it came in. This is where it all went south. They never called, so after about 3 weeks we end up calling them and they said (oh yeah it is here just com eon by), so we make the nearly 1 hours drive only to find out that they had ordered the wrong seat. So they said they would order the right one and call us back. Again another 3 weeks go by with no call. So now it is almost December. We call back and they say now it will be almost January before they get the seat. There is some kind of back order with it and so (after much struggle and back and forth, they reluctantly give us a loner car). And they proceed to tell us that we need to bring it back before we get to 500 miles on the odometer. So we do and about 2 weeks later bring it back. At this point they give us another loner and tell us the same thing (bring it back before 500 miles). So I call them today 1/9/2019. 3 months after the first time we brought it in for repair. The shop guy (chase) essentially proceeds to tell me that "I gave you the loner car out of the kindness of my heart". "We [Nissan] are not required to give you a loner car. And essentially tells me the same thing. "it has arrived in the U.S. but now they are waiting for it to ship to them. So give it another couple of weeks. So we are hoping to have are seat fixed by the 4 month mark (although at this point I'm not holding out much hope). I recommend that if you wish to have a. trouble free experience with a dealership and especially if you wish to have a trouble free experience when something does go wrong with your car DO NOT SHOP AT ANY SUPERIOR DEALERSHIPS!!!! If I could have given them a lower rating I would have.
