I worked with Michael Moore who was a pleasure dealing with as he didn’t put any pressure on me and tried to help me with the requirements I gave him.... He did a wonderful job
We drove an hour, with two children in tow, to their used car lot after speaking with a sales rep about a specific vehicle. Miles they had advertised... were wrong. The Vehicle had over 1200 more miles on the Odometer. We were willing to overlook that. They have a set internet price which ended up not being the asking price, again over 2000 more than advertised. When we sat down to negotiate price they would not budge on their numbers. Not even a dollar. We left astonished that we drove that far with our children and were ready with loan payment and cash down. Yet we were given the cold shoulder. I guess they work more like Carmax, no haggle.
I have stopped in to look at Dodge Ram trucks on a few occasions. Each time a sales person came out to ask me if I needed any help. When I told them... I was just looking they gave me "space" and allowed me to look on my own without clinging to me the time I was there. I appreciate that. This week I decided it was time to buy and went back. I was greeted at the entrance and met a new salesman. He was very honest that he may need some assistance and another salesman helped him. I appreciate their honesty and I think it was a good training session for the "new" salesman. Both of them took a lot of time with me explaining what the vehicle (2016 Dodge Ram 1500) had installed and what it was capable of providing me. I am a previous Ram owner and have been impressed with their trucks for years. The sales manager was up front with me and we both worked out a deal that was good for me and them. I picked up the vehicle yesterday and am very impressed with the ride, handling and the numerous additional items that came with the vehicle. My hat is off to these guys. They did and continue to do a great job. Follow up is important also and I wanted a bed liner. They called the company who does that, sent up an appointment for me and that is going well too.
I just got back from deployment and been in search of a car for awhile now . The reps. Helped me out greatly over the phone and through email . Unfortunately... I did not purchase anything because I cannot afford what I want exactly but they gave me different options and what not . Great dealership great people

I just bought a 2016 hellcat Challenger yesterday, from riverside. It's motto is " It's so eeeasy" and they live up to it. Aaron Williams was my sales... rep. and was through and professional during the entire transaction. I had bought a 2015 scat pack 15 months ago through him and he helped me with the trade-in process. I like the low-key approach which is his style. To be honest, it must be a little easier to sell Dodge Challenger's, in my opinion they are "world class". Do the research and they will basically sell themselves. By the way, Aaron knew I liked my 2015 scat pack, but we had talked in the months after the sale, and he knew that I was interested in the Hellcat. He called me 04-04-16 and said they had several cars available, and the Hellcat itch turned into a rash. At the time of the phone call, a new car purchase was the farthest thing in my mind. I would say the combination of Aaron's salesmanship and the aura of the Challenger Hellcat was an "offer you can't refuse".
