Warranty appears to be a scam.

Warranty appears to be a scam. Do not buy the warranty offered with a used car. Salesman sold us a car, that I now feel he knew had something wrong with it. The repair shop did not have the tools to work on the vehicle and the warranty company,Wynn Warranty is a scam.

The best experience ever when buying a truck. Ashley the sales person was vey good and and Ademola ‘Ade’ Vaughan the business manager was very good. Both were very helpful I would give give them ten stars if I could.

My name is Ruben Castro, recently I wrote a review of a negative sort due to an experience that I had while trying to get some work done on my 2018 Ford Edge. I was attempting to get the PTU fluid changed and for one reason or another the people I was speaking to were not knowledgeable of this process and after multiple calls and multiple wrong responses, I cancelled the work orders that I had put in for both of my Ford vehicles. I then put in my review explaining what transpired, no slamming, just the facts, to inform others. I received a call from Chaz, one of the managers, wanting to talk about the review and to see how they could help with the situation and to express that the misunderstanding could have been handled better. Chaz explained that they resolved the issue and the work could be done if I would reconsider letting them do it and that she would make sure it got done right. I agreed and not only did they take care of the PTU, but took care of some pending recall issues and offered their free pickup and delivery service. I write this longer than normal amendment to my original review to stress the importance of writing them to express your concerns when something negative happens, but also we should also express our happiness when a resolution comes from them too. Obviously someone is reading them besides we customers. Again, thank you Chaz for the great follow up and follow through and to Rob, the driver, for treating my baby right.

I arrived on time for my service appointment and was told

I arrived on time for my service appointment and was told that the service would take about 45 minutes to complete. I was directed to the waiting area and was told that the service advisor would be with me shortly. I never saw the service advisor. I waited over an hour and then checked on my vehicle. My vehicle was still staged for the service Bay when I checked on status. One of the employees told me that my vehicle hadn’t been forgotten and skipped in the service lane. When I asked about a revised ETA on today’s scheduled service I was told that it would be about another hour. Clearly the dealership does not value my time nor my business.

Joe, I am truly sorry to hear of your experience. We strive to maintain a high level of service. As you can tell when you arrived we are under serious renovations currently and are building for the future of Cleveland. No excuses for what happened to you and I am sorry. Thanks for taking time to respond. Given that the Service area was in a state of disarray due to construction, I would have expected an increased level of customer awareness. Not a decrease in service. Best of luck with your construction project. Joe

Trustworthy

Everyone was very professional and helpful. Had looked, read reviews on cars, and looked at histories, for several months on line. Visited several lots encountered a couple that I did not trust to stand behind their cars. But felt comfortable with Cleveland Fords dependability. BUT did not like that they told me one price only to go in and sign paperwork to find out they tacked on almost $1,400 for a package they put on all used cars. They did remove so bought car and very happy with it.

I DIDNT PLAN ON BUYING A NEW TRUCK BUT I WAS READY TO START LOOKING. I HAD DRIVEN BY THE DEALERSHIP THE DAY BEFORE AND SAW A TRUCK ON TEH LOT. AFTER STOPPING TO LOOK, I WAS APPROACHED BY DEE TO SEE IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS. HE SAID LET'S TAKE OT FOR A RIDE. SO WE DID AND WENT BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP TO MAKE THE PURCHASE. IT WAS SUPER EASY AND STRESS FREE AND DEE WAS SUPER INFORMATIVE ON THE TRUCK AND THE OPTIONS IT HAD. STOP BY IN YOURE LOOKING FOR A NEW TRUCK OR CAR, THE INVENTORY WAS GREAT, BUT NOWHERE AS GREAT AS THE STAFF AT CLEVELAND FORD

Best car buying experience I have ever had!

My salesperson Dee was wonderful. Very informative and professional and just a nice man to work with. Buying a car has been some of the worst experiences I have ever had. They were not pushy or unwilling to negotiate a fair price. Very easy to work with, and to top it off you get a lifetime warranty, even on the 2 year old infinity I bought. My drive there was 3.5 hours and it was well worth it. I will buy from them again and I will recommend them to my friends. Every person I dealt with was professional and kind.
