They are into doing all the gimmick video calls, 9

They are into doing all the gimmick video calls, 9 emails, and nonsense, but when it comes to actually being responsive and listening to their customers, they failed. Also, wanted to charge a $799 doc fee. Completely ridiculous! They seemed like nice people, but nice isn’t enough to sell cars.

I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received at

I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received at Cleveland Ford. My family has purchased two vehicles from Larry Hill Ford — which is now Cleveland Ford — and we were always treated with respect and care. Unfortunately, that level of service is completely gone now. While my mother was in the hospital after a terrible accident that nearly took her life, my 2014 Ford Escape suddenly shut off in the middle of traffic. It was terrifying, especially during such an already stressful time. My vehicle only had 91,000 miles on it, and I had always kept up with the scheduled maintenance. What makes this worse is that I had paid $2,500 for a service contract that I never even got to use it was a 2014 vehicle with only 91000 miles. My money completely gone down the drain. When I reached out to Cleveland Ford for help, I was met with zero compassion from Joe and his team no effort to stand behind the vehicle or the service contract. They acted like it wasn’t their problem. All they care about his money money money. After Joe inspected the vehicle and told me that it was a transmission problem the cost was more than anyone could afford. Now it's almost end of April and me and my mom have had no car for several months but nobody cares about that. Back when it was Larry Hill Ford, they offered a Lifetime Warranty as a way of giving back to customers who purchased from their dealership. I remembered this and tried to locate the paperwork, but couldn’t find it. There’s also no way to contact Larry Hill directly anymore, so I was left completely on my own. Cleveland Ford has shown me that loyalty and good faith mean nothing to them. Their lack of support and care during such a difficult time is unacceptable. They’ve lost my business and my trust for good.

JD CATLETT IS THE MAN!

JD CATLETT IS THE MAN!!! Just a good dude who has a genuine love for cars. Just wanted to give huge thanks to JD and LaTosha Allen for helping me find a highly sought after, limited-production edition model Lexus. I was a remote buyer from Georgia and JD made it such a smooth process every step of the way. I spent over a month researching the market, looking at comps, paying for dozens of CarFaxes, and negotiating with over 15 dealers nationwide--the Cleveland Ford experience was the best by far. Prices were the most transparent, communication was by far the fastest, and the trade-in value for my old vehicle was the most competitive as well. The buying process was awesome too: JD updated me regularly and made sure I didn't miss anything from my end; it was such a white glove experience and all I had to do was drive up from Atlanta to pick up the car. During my search for this vehicle I had other dealers in the Southeast flaking on deals and selling the car behind my back. With Cleveland Ford and JD driving the deal there was none of that behavior--good people all around. The Lifetime powertrain warranty on eligible vehicles and the extended warranty options are both great bonuses without exorbitant fees--very fair. Thanks y'all!

Great customer service went above and beyond to help get

Great customer service went above and beyond to help get everything together, patient while I had to scatter all over with gathering all the documents. He knew I needed delivery they even gathered together and supplied transportation even knowing they had to stay over. A great big thanks to Avery,Alfred and Aghe V. The finance manager thank you so much! And even better I love the car so great pick.

Had a great experience At Cleveland Ford.

Had a great experience At Cleveland Ford. Jayden And Chris did a fantastic job of getting me into a lightly used 2025 ELANTRA N. I drove from Florida to Tennessee to pick this vehicle up. Everything was as expected when arrived and took delivery. It was a fun 16 hour round trip.

Drove over 200 miles to find out truck I was looking at

Drove over 200 miles to find out truck I was looking at was sold just hours before, After several hours of looking for vehicle that couldn't be found was made a offer of $8000 off MSRP on a F150 plus rebates of $3750 by Jay Patel. After closing deal the figures just didn't add up. Only $6000 was deducted I believe it was a mistake not on prepose. Then excuses were made saying ford had wrong info in computer. Then I am sorry but you signed contact. I trusted dealership and all employees. I feel a $2000 mistake needs to be addressed. I was told they were loosing money on deal. Should not of been offered if can't do only reason I took. Was in vehicle leaving when that was offered.
