Horrible service department, rude general manager.

Horrible service department, rude general manager. They ended up having our car for 3 weeks for warranty work when it could have been fixed the same day we brought it in. We were from out of town so we ended up having to pay for an additional night in a hotel, a rental car for 3 weeks, and a plane ticket to retrieve the car. When I spoke with general manager after waiting 2 weeks and getting no answers, he was defensive and condescending. Terrible customer service.

Senior citizens ripped off trading and buying a ca

They sold my wife and me a 2019 nissan sentra for 2ooo$ more than a new one , we paid 243$ for a key. Ripped off.dont do business at this dealership. They gave us 17000 for our pickup sold it for 25,ooo. We are old seniors They took advantage of us. Geez that's poor treatment.

No service at Pete’s kia for six months still wait

Took kia sorento to Pete’s kia of Amarillo for repairs in June 2022 it is now December 2022 and hasn’t been looked at what kind of service is this.

‘KIA SPORTAGE loaded/ turbo4 cylinders I love it!

I have always been treated extremely well! Have been provided with a car to drive! This time car was washed and cleaned inside. It was as pretty dirty .
