Trey and his team made me feel like my car was the only one in the shop and nothing else mattered but making sure I was completely taken care of. Awesome job people. Couldn't be more blown away by the entire experience.

I purchased a used vehicle from them last year. At the time, it seemed like a great bargain. One of he senior salesmen pointed it out to me, making sure... I knew what a great deal it was. There was an odd noise but when I asked a manager about it, he laughed at me and said, "Just ignore the grumbling!" Made me feel stupid. The noise did not get worse or better, so I thought perhaps he was right. That it was just normal for that car. I recently took it to buy new tires. It turns out that the grumbling noise is the front end differential! Very expensive to replace. Since it was making the noise at the time of purchase, my mechanic suggested that I contact Pete's about it. I spoke to a manager named "John". He refused to fix the problem and said I should have talked to a manager about it when I bought it. I told him that I had and what the manager had said. He then told me, "You shouldn't trust anybody." Still refused to fix it. I realize that used vehicles don't come with much of a warranty, but this should have been fixed prior to putting it out on the lot. Or , at the very least, the salesman should have disclosed the problem. I now have a vehicle with a major problem and I feel very much taken advantage of. Like he said - don't trust anybody. Especially managers at Pete's Car Smart Kia.
Everything about the transaction was excellent. It was under unusual circumstances that I received the Soul. Pete and every employee that I met was so... kind, helpful and understanding. I have really enjoyed my car. It is easy to drive and small so that I feel comfortable.
There was no sticker on my vehicle showing when i need the next oil change

Jeff Hearn was our salesman. He was helpful and knowledgeable of what they sell. Go see this dealership, they care about the customer. We've bought... two cars from them in less than a year and had a good experience both times. They are not pushy salesmen.
