This is the 3rd car I’ve bought from Tri State Ford. They are always very helpful at helping me with a new car purchase.

The reason I gave this dealership 5 Stars because this is my fifth car that we have purchase from this dealership. Brian Humphrey is the best sales person he makes it easy for the customer. Plus he sold us the last two cars. Working with Paul Willis in finance was a breeze he got us the best deal with Bank without all the back and forth. William Foote the Manager work to making sure our payment were where we needed them he didn’t play games trying to make us pay more than we wanted. I didn’t plan on buying a new car because I loved my car it was only 4 years old but it still was missing somethings. My old car only had 2200 miles and was in excellent shape. But when I saw my new car I just had to have it. I just came in to get some air for my tires, and then I saw the car of my dreams with all the bells and whistles I wanted. Knowing Brian would let me pick and choose the one I wanted it made me feel at ease to buy it. when we came out from Paul’s office and the staff was standing and clapping for us was a pleasant surprise and made me feel I made the right choice. Holly Collier has the brightest smile and the warmest words cement my making the right choice. When I look for another new car I will be buying from this dealership. Now all I have to do is get my husband to get a Hyundai.

These guys were Awesome!! Talon Crouch was by far the best salesman I have ever dealt with in my 45 years of living. The rest of his team made me feel right at home on Halloween night. They could have been at home with the there kids having fun yet they chose to stay and help me get into a vehicle, I had been so disparately trying to get into a car for several weeks now and was unable to get any other dealerships to work with me.
