First time buying Ford and it was very good experience.

I would highly recommend John and Jacob at Tri State. They were great with working with me on the price of my F150 and meeting my needs with accessories for the truck. Look forward to working with them in the future.

Crooks

If you are from out of state and broke down please walk past this dealership. Me and my wife broke down pulling fithwheel trailer blew engine on f250 after half a day in service department I was told 26,000 for new engine so I figured maybe new truck somthing that can handle load so decided on f350 well finally after 10 hours in dealership and 3 kids we were rushed in for paperwork not happy on traid but what could I do so we came back the next day and got truck that I had to get new fithwheel put in because I was told mine would not work had to pay for that we got to leave to Utah after we got home in ms we really got to looking well i found out only a 1000 dollers trade for 2010 f250 in good shape just blown engine that was bad enough then noticed the payoff is included in my bank loan for new truck so I get to pay for it as well when we called sales manager he said he has no trouble sleeping at night please never go to this place they are crooks and will lie to you and o yes they will not respond to use about taxes for vehicle

Nice Experience

I recently purchased a new Platinum F-150 with the generous help offered by Internet Sales Manager, Jack Pierce. Jack made the buying experience a seamless pleasure. Other members of the staff, John Justice, and Paul Willis were great to deal with also. Tri-State was competitive in their pricing both locally, as well as around the tri-state area. I will most certainly contact Jack for any future new or used vehicle needs!

Great Sales Person

Christopher Saldana was the perfect sales person. My 88 years old Mother was wanting a newer car she felt her trade in was getting up in years and wanted something she felt would be reliable. There were items she felt she had to have and others she felt were not needed. Chris took the time to listen and find the vehicle she wanted, he also took the time and listen to what she could afford. Chris put a lot of time in helping my Mother get the car she truly likes. Chris' time and how he listened to my Mother meant a lot because everyone know what a blessing our parents are to each of us and when someone takes time to help and listen to them means even more. Thank you Chris so much.

Complete Fraud and Failure of a Service Manager

Took a 2013 Ford Escape under warranty to have a transmission service. Trying to charge me for services not requested, very rude and unprofessional. Avoid this dealer at all cost, worst service department in the Texas Panhandle.

Outstanding place to deal with

on 1/08/15 I was on my way from St. Louis to CA. My old Ford f-350 broke down. I had to get towed to Tri-State. They were great. They got on finding out the problem right away. I also looked at a new truck. The service department was great had the problem figured out and on it right away. I desided to get a new truck. Jori Sprouse helped me find what I could afford and would fill my needs. She also help find a place for me and my two dogs to stay the night. I got a great deal on my new truck everyone was very kind and helpful. When I get a new truck I'll drive to TX and buy from them again.

Great Service !

Jack Pierce took excellant care of me and my wife in our car purchase. He was very knowledgeable and thorough .I will recommend him and your dealership to my friends needing a car. Everyone there treated us with respect . And, the popcorn was great ! Robert Hodges

Very friendly staff

I had my heart set on another car, but I didn't want to buy anything until I checked out all my options. I went in and test drove one of the cars on my possibly, (but still set on another car) list. After talking over with the sales staff, I made up my mind and drove away with a new Ford Focus ST!

For once

It was amazing the time and effort mr. Fisher spent with me. He did not stop helping even after the deal was done, he walked me thru every detail and in a way i could actually understand.He really made me feel like he wanted me to have a car, not just that he wanted the sale. The whole process took almost two days but he never treated me like a customer, more as a family He is what made my experience at this dealership,he is the reason why i will never buy any car from anywhere else. He has earned me and more importantly my entire familys loyalty, and nowadays that says a tremendous amout about someone. I would suggest him to anyone and everyone, wether its your first car or last car. In closing Mr. Fisher is my car guy period.

Very helpful staff and excellent customer service

While driving cross country, my vehicle experience engine trouble. Their service department did what they could, but the engine was dead. Tri State sales team, in particular Wacey Williams, help me obtain a new vehicle. Highly recommend Tri State Ford!
