I bought a new car in September 2023.
I bought a new car in September 2023. To date, it has not been registered with the state of AZ. I can not register, sell or trade my 2024 Kia until they register it. Additionally, they typed the incorrect VIN number on my paperwork. I've contacted them multiple time. BBB has contacted them. Still Oxendale Kia has not answered nor registered my car with AZ Motor Vehicles.

BEWARE! TOTAL SCAM! LARRY IS AWFUL!
Bought my 2023 Kia Sportage here, I live in Salt Lake City, UT so quite a process to get there and back but only dealer that had what I was looking for. Paid $300 to have them tint my car windows, less than 30 days later they are bubbling! Called and emailed several times, no one will return my call, do yourself a favor and buy your vehicle elsewhere! UPDATE: After talking to the store manager Larry, he's now saying the tint was few "free" so they can't do anything for their awful work, even though the contract very clearly shows where I paid $300 for the tint... This place is the biggest scam I've ever encountered, the aggression from the store manager telling me to "sue them then" is insane, never experienced anything like it in my life. Not to mention on the price on their vehicles is AWFUL! $7,000 OVER MSRP? Other Kia dealerships right up the road have at $500 below. BEWARE!

GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH
What helpful people! Our car lost a head gasket and left us stranded in Flagstaff from Idaho. The personnel at Oxendale couldn't have been nicer. They even loaned us the car we wanted to buy - with no assurance we would, to drive to Prescott where our bank was - the longest test drive in history. They helped us with everything and made a traumatic experience much easier. They were great to work with.

Avoid this place. Service Department uses "bait & switch" to overcharge. I called, made an appointment for a 90K service, asked the cost - online searches show ~$300 - was told less than $300. Went to drop off car this morning, they had me down for an oil change and recall. Bottom line, service manager tells me the service will be $800-1000! Why was I quoted so low? "The guy you made the appointment with is new, he didn't know the price". No apology, no offer to discount price, nothing, just bad attitude. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Honestly the Best Dealership I have dealt with
This is the 2nd purchase from Oxendale Kia in Flagstaff, AZ and I will tell you that as a person who purchases new vehicles frequently that this is the best dealership I have ever dealt with very up front and honest not a lot of back and forth like so many of the big guys.

Service/Parts Department
Had a freaky problem that has pages and pages on the internet so I assumed that was it. Craig of the service department ordered in the freaky part in case it was needed, but still had his tech do conventional troubleshooting. They found it was a bad starter, replaced it and now my car starts like a dream. Thoroughly honest repair facility.
