Babbitt Ford opened the doors in downtown Flagstaff Arizona in 1912. From the days when vehicles were delivered by train to the dealership and final assembly completed upstairs, we have serviced the community of Flagstaff and Northern Arizona.
Today at a newer facility in downtown, as the full service Ford dealership we continue the tradion of the professionals who worked before us.

Our F250 broke down outside of Flagstaff. We are from out of town so we had to tow it to Babbitt Ford. My husband told them what the problem was but they... wanted to run a $200 diagnostic test anyways. We got a call the next day that they needed to run deeper diagnostics which would be another $200. The day after that we got another call that they still didn't know what the problem was and it would be $1500 for them to take the motor apart to figure it out. And that is still not including whatever the repair would cost. So we asked for the diagnostic test they had run and had the truck towed to the campsite we are staying at. The test print out said exactly what we had told them was wrong with it and they still wanted to tear the engine apart.. We get the truck to the camp and they had drained the gas tank which was completely full when they got it a few days ago. They charged us $400 for absolutely nothing, they had to have siphoned the gas tank, and we still ended up having to tow and fix the truck ourselves!!!

Bait and switch. Interested in a specific f-150 XLT Picture on internet showed leveling kit, nice big aftermarket tires and rims. Price listed around 42K.... When we got up there the leveling kit, tires and rims were NOT included in that price!!!! They would cost another 5K. NOTHING I saw in the internet ad said anything about the EXTRAS costing another 5K!! We finally came to an agreed price, signed all the paperwork. Got the call that the wrong VIN was used on paperwork, when we stopped back to sign new paperwork we were asked for another $2850.00 for the truck we bought (they used the wrong VIN to make our deal), we said NO, they finally agreed to sell us the truck we bought for the amount we agreed on!!

I scheduled my truck mid-week late Sept. for a l-0-f and front brake check/replacement. My appointment was for 10/1 8:00 AM. When I brought my truck in... @ the designated time they had no record of the appointment and rescheduled for 10/7.
