I was in the market of a mid/large truck and went with

I was in the market of a mid/large truck and went with the midsize. After two weeks, I went back to Martin Swanty, and traded it in for a large pickup truck. Wade Simon, was very professional and courteous in this transition and I was very satisfied with my new upgrade. Two Socks Joey, was my first salesman and he was phenomenal in the sale of my first purchase. I highly recommend this dealership for new and used vehicle purchases. The environment was very much like a mom and pop business , who thinks about the customer.

I bought my first and last truck from these people.

I bought my first and last truck from these people. Wade was the salesman and I was not impressed. Never checked the truck he sold me to make sure it was correct with equipment. The guy in finance is the worst of them all. I wanted the extended warranty from Dodge, he talked me into a 999,999 mile warranty with tru warranty for 4600.00. Tru warranty is a horrible company that doesn't accept claims. I cancelled it before the manufacturer warranty ended. Please be aware of the scams these two do. Maybe travel a little further instead of buying locally. Remember Wade and the man in finance are crooked as a politician

Run as fast as you can from this dealership! There is a national movement to stop unscrupulous dealers like Martin Swanty for keeping rebate money and charging for repairs they don't do. Martin Swanty Kingman Arizona charged me for no repair, trying to tell me my airbag wires were aftermarket (not true), and not fixing the SOS Uconnect message that kept popping up on my screen. I went to another Ram dealership and they quickly fixed both problems. I asked Martin Swanty for a refund and they ignore me. Bad dealership.

Well as enthusiastic as Jason White appears in his response, I left him ANOTHER voice message. It's now been three days and there has been NO response from this dealership! Again, I stand by what I originally posted...RUN from this dealership! Their service department is incompetent, management does not care about you, and the dealership is only interested in greedily stealing your money.
