We were very happy with our purchase, however due to some issues with the vehicle needed to return it. Unhappy about the process they run your credit then they take you to the bank was not very satisfied with that. Unfortunately, had to return the vehicle and the sales representative, although acting nice gestures were made that were uncalled for. Rest of the management team was very helpful.

I couldn’t be happier with my recent experience at the Service Department at Chalmers Ford. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and truly exceeded my expectations. I want to give special recognition to Isabelle King, my service advisor. I brought in my Ford Mach-E electric Mustang for an issue with the electrical system. Naturally, any problem involving the electrical system in an EV can be very disconcerting because it all seems so incomprehensible on my part. It was extremely important that this was handled properly, and thanks to Isabelle’s expertise and outstanding communication, it absolutely was.
