The salesman named “bo” is kinda rude and embodies the “used car salesman” stereotype of being shady and trying to change agreed upon prices and change... the deal.

Vehicle problems about 30 minutes from Orr Nissan, Searcy, Ar on my way to Jacksonville, AR. Not from the Searcy area but called ahead to customer service... department asking for help. It was 90 temps. Was told could not check out vehicle untiL 7-29-20 and this was Friday, 7-17-20. Asked if we could rent a vehicle and Russell had said yes. Made it to Orr and was turned down for help. Told us they closed in 15 minutes and then would not rent us a vehicle. They were rude and not accommodating at all. We have warranty, extended warranty, to cover any charges. They would not make any attempt to check anything out to help us back on the road. Had to wait at a service station until someone could get to us. Their last words were, we close in seven minutes you will need to wait some other place. Very disappointing with their attitude. We were in the market for a new Nissan but it definitely will not be from Orr Nissan, Searcy, AR.

I came to Orr to look at a car I saw online. I don’t really like car shopping but we were greeted by such a nice salesman named Garrett. He showed me the... car I came to look at and a few more. I ended up buying a Nissan Pathfinder that I Love!! They also gave us an excellent trade in value and the entire car buying experience was fast and efficient! I will be doing business again with Orr Nissan of Searcy.

I asked about a Maxima listed on their site at 5000 dollars above the trade-in value, and at the time I offered 2k cash above the trade in value of the... car since other dealerships had offered 2.5k cash above trade in value for similar cars. Jacob, the internet manager, said they would be willing to cut a deal on the car if I came in to take a look. I took time off of work to test drive the car, and again, offered 2k cash above trade in value for the car. They put me with Alan, the internet salesperson, and after the test drive the manager says that the internet price is firm because they needed to pay for the "detail" and to "compensate for the trade in sale discount". This is the most dishonest stealership I have ever seen, and you should not expect to get a deal given the monopoly this company has on Searcy. Go to Texas or Little Rock dealers for more honest prices.
They're responsive to inquiries, but never fulfilled a request for pictures of the interior of a vehicle. They also confirmed a car was at a dealership... and let me drive an hour and a half to see it when it wasn't there. Rather than being apologetic, they tried to upsell. I didn't get the feeling that they value people's time.
I'm in the process of shopping for a used car. My lifetime best friend has been doing business with ORR Nissan for several years and wanted me to go there... first. The first salesman I met was friendly but rather pushy and wanted to put me in a car that very day. I explained that I was shopping and not buying today, but he was very persistent. After taking me for a test drive in a couple of cars he said he had to meet with his daughter and another salesman would help me. Neal, the other salesman was very soft spoken, not pushy at all and did not try to sell me a car that day when I told him that I was only shopping and wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted. He took us on a couple test drives of a Nissan Versa Hatchback and a Nissan Sentra. I really liked them both and since then I've been looking online for both of those. I will be buying a car in the next month and I'll continue to look online at ORR Nissan and if I do go back, will ask for Neal and I would recommend him to anyone. The dealership is very clean, their cars seem to be good quality so I would recommend this dealership to a friend.
