Riser Harness Ford

Turned truck in for 4x4 grinding noise, quoted $500 to change one wheel bearing hub assembly. I said no thank you and changed it myself for $200. Well it was not the wheel bearing assembly at at, it was the 4x4 assembly like I said. carried it back to them and said it's not the wheel bearings it is they 4x4. They took it and call me the next day saying they can't find the problem. Went to pick it up and didn't drive ten feet ...GRiNDING, got the service manger in the truck and he heard the grinding. Quoted 650 to fix and I said go ahead, well I picked it up today and the bill was $775? Talk about getting jerked around and milked!

There are about 20 different Ford dealerships in this area that I could have bought from, but I chose WW Ford for a reason! I shopped around a bit and came close to buying at another dealership but got to the final paperwork and realized this "other" dealership was adding all sorts of fees and charges onto the actual price of my truck. I left there and went to WW Ford where I found the same truck with the same advertised price, MSRP, the BIG difference was that WW Ford didn't try to jack up the price with some fancy paperwork and hidden fees. Just a plain and simple, an honest to goodness easy car deal. I recommend this dealership to everyone and I'll buy my next truck from these guys too!
