Turn wrote a review about a week ago . It was answered We take this very seriously and have forward on to management and or owner. Everyone gets the same message. Worked with Jon Messer and Zach Cross. They explained that the whole staff was new and that they came with the new GM. At that point, they explained the way that they priced cars. I used cars.com and cargurus.com to make sure that what they were saying was true... And, I couldn't have been happier with the whole new process! I was in and out in under 2 hours with the test drive and all included! Bought my Challenger at a Great Deal Grade from cargurus and didn't even have to negotiate! I will definitely be back to see Jon Messer.

First off I trade in a vehicle at this dealership. .. 30 days later I have no paper work to register my new vehicle. .then this dealership don't pay off my trade so I have to make another payment. ..at this point I'm having to make 2 payment. .for the new car and my traded car....so after 45 days my trade is paid off and I have to make a trip from out of town to go get paperwork for registration. ... Now .... Iv traded this new car at another dealership I send all info to gregg orr dodge for refund on extended warranty and gap insurance. ...it 2 months later and no refund! Iv contact this dealership with no return phone calls ...Don't ever buy at gregg orr dodge dealership in searcy ar....

After emailing 12 area dealers, inquiring about a 2014 Willys Wheeler, it came down to Orr in Searcy and Fletcher in Sherwood. Fletcher was giving me a slightly better price ($100), but when I weighed that against the poor customer experience I was having at Fletcher, it was worth $100 more and a 45 minute drive to Orr to make my purchase. I worked with Tina Moore, who was friendly, to the point, and gave it to me straight. There is no good deal, only the deal you're happy with. In the end, I still think I left some money on the table, but Orr matched Fletcher's lower offer and I believe we're all happy with that price. I would absolutely call Tina Moore at Orr in Searcy to purchase another vehicle. Easiest car buying experience I've ever had.

I drove 299 miles to buy a Pontiac G8 GXP from Joe Ellis at Gregg Orr Auto. It was bar none the best and easiest guy buying I've had to date and I've purchased quite a few cars before. Joe was able to get me a phenomena value/deal for the car I was buying, way above and beyond the deal my local dealership (where I've bought 3 cars and recommended 2 others) was willing to provide. It may have taken 5 hours to drive there but I'd gladly travel again to buy a car; the experience was truly that great! Victor K.
