About Marburger Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM
For 23 years Tim Marburger has served North Carolina's automotive sales and service needs through his stores in Shelby Albemarle and Forest City.

In 1999 the Marburgers added to their Chrysler Jeep franchise in Shelby by adding a Nissan franchise. They soon outgrew their facility. So in 2003 they moved to current location on East Dixon Boulevard. The business grew again in October of 2012 when Chrysler awarded the Marburger's with Dodge and RAM franchises.

🚫 Buyer Beware – Marburger CDJR (North Carolina) 🚫 I purchased a 2020 Dodge Challenger R/T Scat Pack 50th Anniversary Edition from Marburger Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in May 2025. They assured me in writing that the vehicle had no prior damage, was not reconstructed, and passed their inspection with only minor issues. 💥 What I actually received: A car with a bent wheel beyond repair A non-OEM radiator and a damaged A/C condenser Missing engine bay air shrouds, risking overheating A non-OEM exhaust system missing resonators And a vehicle that failed the warranty inspection due to undisclosed issues After I questioned the inspection, they admitted to installing used mufflers just to pass North Carolina inspection. They never disclosed this before the sale. This vehicle meets their own definition of “reconstructed” and yet they failed to disclose that. I’ve since spent $3,820 to repair what they didn’t tell me — just to make it roadworthy and qualify for an extended warranty. 📎 I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Texas and North Carolina Attorneys General, and the NC DMV. ⚠️ If you’re considering buying from Marburger CDJR, proceed with extreme caution. The service department will not answer when called and

The service department will not answer when called and after being on hold for a long time they ask you to leave message, name and phone number but they never return the call. My business is not important nor my time.

DONT TRUST THIS PLACE

This place is a joke, Sold me a lemon, I took it to there shop for an oil change just for them to lie and say nothing was wrong with my car just for me to drive and it break down 2 days later. Not consistent , kept telling me they would call me back and never did. These people are jokes. They will not help you, they take your money and leave you to sink. DO NOT LET THE SHOP HERE LOOK AT YOUR CAR!! save your money and time.

Wish there was an option for negative stars!

Wish there was an option for negative stars! The service department is awful. We have had our 2022 Ram 3500 in for warranty work 4 times and it’s still not right! This time it’s been there for 2 months and it’s still there! Unacceptable!!!

This was the worst buying experience EVER.

This was the worst buying experience EVER. Caleb was great until there was an issue with the car. His communication was horrific, no follow up calls, had to chase him to return calls. DO NOT BUY from the dealership, the after car service is NON-EXISTENT. Took the dealership more than 3 weeks to get my car fixed. KC Langenstein the General Manager does not return calls either. This place is a complete joke. RUN as fast as you can from this place.

I have a ram 2500 that when in for a motor repair under

I have a ram 2500 that when in for a motor repair under warranty, 4 month ago and still nit completed, there always some source of an excuse for this truck not been ready, their consumer service is not good at all, we supposed to get updates and they never call you back must times when I call they are in a meting or not available to answer my concerns. I'm very disappointed with the service I had received, they I had to report them to the costumer service care a month and half ago and still no improvement. I'm very upset with this situation. paying for a rental and the truck payments. I will definitely think twice before I buy another Dodge vehicle.
