Indifferent?

I had targeted a truck to buy and received an offer. After one last search before driving to Tulsa, I came across a similar truck at Eufala Ford. I really liked the color scheme and wanted to check it out. I talked with a sales rep, described the offer I had on the other truck and my trade-in situation. I was told that the boss said there shouldn't be a problem matching the other offer. To be fair, the other offers were above book and they were most likely adjusting the price of the truck I was buying. I took the afternoon off work and after getting there, the appraisal was far less and mentioned things that were just wrong like cruise control not working - it works fine, needing 4 new tires when 2 were almost new. The 4x4 didn't work which I had told the rep before heading there (I even saved the text messages because I thought I might not have mentioned that). There was no counter offer other than adding a couple of hundred back after I mentioned the cruise control does work. I left and came home and sent another offer trying to find a price that worked for both of us because I really liked the truck. Today, I remembered the comment about needing 4 new tires and texted the rep about that and to make another offer closer to what they were asking but they were off today and would follow up on Monday. I was disappointed and kind of surprised. I literally have 4 other dealers asking what they can do to earn my business and Eufala Ford says they'll follow up Monday. My rep and others seem like such nice people but I have to move on.

Happy with service

Pretty much painless experience with oils change and recall. That's why I keep going 40 miles from home to have the oil changed

Retired

I hit a wild Hog Feb 14th at 5:00 a.m. in my Ford focus. I had the tow truck driver take me to Eufaula Ford. All of the staff were so helpful in getting me on the road again. Brian set me up with a car so I could get to work at Tinker AFB that morning. Long story short, my car was totalled and I have since brought a beautiful red focus from Eufaula ford. Best car buying experience I have ever had!! Thanks to Brian and staff for all the help in finding me a car. I highly recommend them for your next car purchase or service needs.

2013 ford escape

Took my 2013 escape in for steering problem. Noticed afterwards more road noise. When I checked I noticed the protective cover was missing under the engine. I called service and explained that it was missed and they said it must have come off going down the road. Surely I would have noticed if that had happened. They were not willing to correct the problem. Had a prior incident where they forgot to put a cover over the battery after replacing it. They did order the part and install.

Ford pickup

I have always got good service from eufaula ford. I have bought many vehicles from them. I have a 2015 pickup and recently the chrome started coming off the wheels. My warranty was denied and I know they didn't make this decision, I still felt like they could do more, other than offer me some new wheels for $2,700..........
