I bought a 2016 Hyundai Sante Fe from these guys and the engine seized 2.5 months later. The staff will not assist in any way and Rico, in particular, is very offensive and rude. This was my daughter’s graduation car that she bought to take her to UNCW. Take your business elsewhere.

Had to wait an hour for the shuttle after dropping off my vehicle. Never received a call stating my vehicle was done. Called to see if it was done at 3:40 and was told it has been done, asked for the shuttle and was told the stop at 3. Then while driving on 95 in Virginia I feel a vibration, pull off and find loose lug nuts on the passenger rear tire. Tightened 7 out of 8, the last one had a loose stud. Tires were never torqued, just installed with an impact causing the stud to spin. 3.5 hours later and a repair bill from another to shop to fix the mistake I was back on the road.

Very satisfied the last 7 or 8 years, that I've been going to Bleecker in Dunn. I purchased my Buick in Red Springs and transferred my services to Dunn cause it was closer. Love the service manager, I don't care when I call, she make it work.

Called about a vehicle listed online first thing in the morning and was told vehicle had been sold....Checked the website later in the day to find the same vehicle listed with a 2000 price increase. Sketchy and not trustworthy .
