Bleecker Jeep Dealership

Stopped in to look at the new Jeep L, Rico was out salesman and he definitely went above and beyond to get us the deal we wanted! Also, the finance manager was really helpful in getting out payment where we wanted it to be!! Great customer service and they even stayed open over an hour after they closed to get the deal done!! Definitely recommend Bleecker Jeep and thank you guys so much!

Was working on getting a deal going went home and all of a sudden the text stopped. I even ask what next. Crickets! Two days later bought a SUV at a different dealership. Had been a 4+ year service customer and had purchased a Wrangler a few years back. I was very surprised to say the least. Was told there was a miscommunication. I'll say!

Terrible purchase

I am never one to write a bad review and here I am ... we were in a horrific accident and our Yukon was totaled ... we found one here in Dunn an hour and half away ... trusted they would provide my family of 5 the best ... bought a 2020 Yukon in November of 2020... it has had issues cranking on and off for months they won’t acknowledge it. They also told us one day they were looking at one in front of them with the same issue but there aren’t any recalls... this is like a lemon law ... how can you do business like this?

Oil change review

Yesterday I took my oil to get changed , I had a great experience with mark, always polite , they had a loaner vehicle ready, mark called sooner than I thought and had my car ready to go! , when I got back he explained all my signed paperwork , and questions I had ab my oil.

Trying to buy

Call about a truck that they had and we were having trouble trying to get it financed and I find a place to finance the truck an they find one an the finance guy said that the bank charges the car lot to finance the customer he said it was $1200 to get it finance so I find a bank that wasn’t one of their banks it was one I do a lot of dealing with an ask that they fax the bill of sale an he said they did an he didn’t fax it’s done when I call to see if they would fax it again they said the truck is no good they couldn’t sale it because it just went to the shop an it had all kind of problems an if that was the case they would have told me that sometime in the 2 weeks that we was working on the deal I think if they can’t charge you for getting it finance they don’t want your business
