Took my jeep in to get worked on as I was having some software problems. They replaced the whole screen saying that would fix the problem but immediately after turning the car on the problems persisted. They then came back with saying they needed to replace a different part now. As we questioned why they didn’t test its functionality or originally do proper diagnostics they got grumpy and ignored calls. They ended up refunding us and putting our old part back in. The service secretary is very kind! Overall this is not the first time we have brought cars to this dealership and they misdiagnose the most expensive fix for it not to fix the problems we were experiencing leading to further work being needed. We advise to go elsewhere!

Entire team was great.
Entire team was great. Current general manager has a bad mouth and attitude: cusses at staff even when customers are around. Need the old GM asap i left immediately.

I drove 8 hours to Bleecker Chrysler Dodge Jeep,8/19/24
I drove 8 hours to Bleecker Chrysler Dodge Jeep,8/19/24 only to find the vehicle I intended to purchase was in poor condition with dents and heavy scratches, which they failed to disclose. Despite wiring the money in advance as requested, I declined the purchase. They promised to return the funds, but instead of wiring it back, they insisted on sending an unsecured check. I ended up purchasing a vehicle the same day from another dealership, Bulluck in Rocky Mount, without any hassle. Bleecker was unprofessional and dishonest, prioritizing money over customer satisfaction. I will never return or recommend them.

If I could leave a Zero Star, I would.
If I could leave a Zero Star, I would. I'm still waiting on my experience to end, going into week 4 and they still have my 2020 jeep. I hope the actual repair on the jeep is better than the service department and customer service. The latest I was told today, after contacting the parts department myself...since the service department NEVER answers the phone, that the supposedly right part will be in on Monday. They didn’t order it right part to start with; or didn’t assess correctly to order the right parts? I can only hope my jeep is not damaged worse after this experience....like I am. If I knew it was drivable, I'd go and pick it up and take it somewhere I know that has a great record of service....but I was late finding this out. And, if it comes back nasty, I will definitely file complaint on BBB to list out the whole experience. I'm not just imagining this...I can't believe they even are operating. This is the first review I've ever done, ever! And, I'm going to do more on other sites.

Stopped in to look at the new Jeep L, Rico was out salesman and he definitely went above and beyond to get us the deal we wanted! Also, the finance manager was really helpful in getting out payment where we wanted it to be!! Great customer service and they even stayed open over an hour after they closed to get the deal done!! Definitely recommend Bleecker Jeep and thank you guys so much!

Terrible purchase
I am never one to write a bad review and here I am ... we were in a horrific accident and our Yukon was totaled ... we found one here in Dunn an hour and half away ... trusted they would provide my family of 5 the best ... bought a 2020 Yukon in November of 2020... it has had issues cranking on and off for months they won’t acknowledge it. They also told us one day they were looking at one in front of them with the same issue but there aren’t any recalls... this is like a lemon law ... how can you do business like this?
