It gives me great pleasure to write a review on my experience when I bought my car from Breeden Dodge. I absolutely hate buying a car and I don't do... it often!! When I first drove onto the car lot I was greeted by Mr. Ciampoli and he wanted to help me find the perfect car for me. He treated me with respect, didn't insult my intelligence, answered all my questions and we negotiated a fair price. Mr. Ciampoli never seemed like a car salesmen, he was more like a friend helping me buy a new car. I will continue to be a customer at Breeden Dodge and look forward to seeing my friend Dave again. I highly recommend !!!!
They lacked organization and customer service. Went way over estimated time to check car computer. Made excuses about the wifi. After a full day of waiting... around I had to take my car back and nothing became of it.
I am in Texas and these guys were more than helpful and courteous.
Please don't take your vehicle to Breeden dodge of Fort Smith Ar. I have had my Grand Cherokee in a total of 5 times. Each time they kept it at least a... week. The third time it was in they kept it 28 days. The problems still are not fixed. Eddie stretches the truth or flat out lies to you. He will tell you time and time again that they had to talk to Engineering and is waiting on them to call back. That has been 5 months ago Eddie! They will also tell you they are waiting on the part to come in. It don't take a dealership a month to get a part. My grand Cherokee still has the same problems that they were paid to fix. Their service dept. is a sham. Disappointed in Fort Smith, Kevin Navratil.
We are in the process of buying a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Since Breeden is our local dealer I checked with them to see if they would match other deals... we have received from other deals. They said they would, but after I took the time to come out to the dealership, talk through the order, etc., they were slow to respond, and went back on their word! I gave them one-last chance to have the sale and they ended up offering a worse deal than what we were originally told. It was an EASY sale -- all they had to do was order the 2014 and give us a fair value on our trade-in. I shouldn't have been the one always having to follow-up. Breeden lost the sale for two reasons: price (wouldn't match other dealers offers and went back on saying they would once we had already invested a lot of time) and poor follow-up/customer service. I guess they don't need the business....At the end of the day, I do not want to do business with a dealer who goes back on their offer (all of this was in writing btw).
As a Manager and a concerned employee I want to apologize for what you have been through. We never want to hear that a customer has had a bad experien...ce. Unfortunately, this review does not supply enough information to be able to determine the identity of the parties involved. I have searched my customers that were looking at 2014 Grand Cherokee's and I think I know who it might be, would your initials be A.T.? With an Acadia to trade?
Chris Attee made the buying experience easy. We are very excited to be driving away in our new 2014 Chrysler 200. Come see Chris for your car shopping... needs.
We were looking for a Dodge 3500, and found many on Cars.com. We choose one from Breeden Auto Group, even thought they are about 700 miles from our home.... The sales person we dealt with online/via phone was very interested in what we were looking for, and extremely helpful. Some of the others we had contacted didn't seem very interested in helping us with details about the vehicles they had listed. Overall this was a great buying experience, although I have to say travelling the width of Arkansas on I40, which was mostly under construction, wasn't all that pleasant! 2nd time purchasing a truck through cars.com, and both have been excellent experiences!
