body work at body shop

The people at the body shop are awesome! I have had work done 2 times within 3 weeks due to accidents and they were great both times.

Routine Service

Our vehicle service was expertly performed very efficiently. We were notified in advance of any additional requirements and given the opportunity to accept or reject the additional requirements. Some service departments surprise customers with extra work. Never has happened to us at Harry Robinson.

Great place to buy from.

We was very satisfied with our purchase and our salesman James Durham. We have bought six trucks from Harry Robinson in Ft. Smith. They always work to get us a good deal that's why I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Good transaction

I dealt with Jerry Corley mainly and the entire transaction went smoothly. I got the vehicle I wanted at a price I felt was reasonable and I think that's all anyone can hope for. Third vehicle purchased from Harry Robinson, don't regret doing business with them at all.

Courteous professional attention to detail

Our sales rep Jack Dean took quite a bit of time with us just looking, he was never pushey but always giving us answers and detail of what we were looking and asking about. When the time came for us to say we need time to think and digest all the info on the new car he simply explained that he would be there if we had more questions. The next day he called and asked if we were really happy with the car we looked at and asked if we would like to come by and look at the details of what it would take to get us into the car. He had info on all that upon our return and from there we felt we were treated very good from this gentleman and dealership.
