FALSE ADVERTISMENT. Randall Ford advertises vehicles online for more than half off of the original MSRP. However, they refuse to honor the posted price of the vehicle--to the tune of 20K over the listing price. This vehicle, as of my posting of this review, is still listed for $18,887.00 online. Upon my initial inquiry, I was told that it was actually for sale for over 40K. Once I provided the proof with their listing of the lower price, I was informed that this vehicle does not exist. Do not trust Randall Ford.

We work with third party companies such as the one that where you saw the listing to post our inventory to the appropriate channels. Dealership management promised I would receive my EV Tax credit when I filed taxes, they failed to uphold their side by not reporting correct or any info to the IRS( which violates) the consumer rights Law! They also will not reach back out to me (Jordan) in finance tells me every day he is calling and gives me same story. Do not!!!! I repeat do not buy here unless you like dishonest dealership managers. Daniel is the only one who tried helping me and they still pushed him away.

Audry went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule, coming in on his day off twice to help me buy a used car for my daughter. Audry listened to my needs and helped me find the car to fit. The dealerships, Randal Ford, inspection and safety certification for used cars made me feel more comfortable getting my daughter her first car. Audry took the time to go over the cars features with both me and my daughter and was very patient when explaining things to her. Being 17 this was her first car buying experience and it went great. Thank you very much Audry.

Have always receive great service from this dealership. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and professional. I have not used the service area, but the inside waiting area looks very clean and comfortable.

I will probably end up having to sue this dealership. I traded in a vehicle, and they still have not paid off the loan as agreed.

I had been looking for a truck for a while and could not find exactly what I was looking for. I came to Randall Ford and found the perfect truck. Kayse was my sales person she is terrific at her job was very nice and informative! I highly recommend Randall Ford for your next vehicle purchase. Go see Kayse and the rest of the team there.

We had already tried in Tulsa. Intrest rate w dealership was 18.6. I have a credit union so I contacted them. They was absolutely wonderful. Did everything I asked. Head to number 2 dealership in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Randall Ford. Our. Carsman. Was not the best. He was actually pretty terrible. And the finance guy was wY way worse. He called us liars. And said credit union is. Reall. Asked if. He was supposed to let us take a 40000 $$ truck on a signature. I said excuse me. U do that daily. Sometimes. 3 or 4 We left. Car sales felt bad. Said. As soon as ur wire clears I’ll bring truck to you guys. Very uneducated. Very unprofessional. They was up set because I was financing somewhere else.

Pleasant ! Service advisor is Blake Dobbins. He?s friendly and courteous. A joy to talk to. He is knowledgeable easy to talk to ! I plan on keeping him as my advisor !
