FALSE ADVERTISMENT.

FALSE ADVERTISMENT. Randall Ford advertises vehicles online for more than half off of the original MSRP. However, they refuse to honor the posted price of the vehicle--to the tune of 20K over the listing price. This vehicle, as of my posting of this review, is still listed for $18,887.00 online. Upon my initial inquiry, I was told that it was actually for sale for over 40K. Once I provided the proof with their listing of the lower price, I was informed that this vehicle does not exist. Do not trust Randall Ford.

The sign outside the Quick Lane service shop says " Pull

The sign outside the Quick Lane service shop says " Pull inside for service". I did that and waited over 10 minutes before anyone came out to my car, even though I could see 4 or 5 people inside at the service desks. Service was performed in a reasonable time. I was just having an oil change and inspections. The service writer was friendly enough. We did not drive the car for a day after having it serviced. When my wife went to get in the car she noticed that the drivers seat was soiled, like the service technician did not cover the seat and sat on it with dirty, greasy clothes. No we have to clean the seat. I'm not certain I will go back to Randall Ford or if I will drive to another dealer. I have a 2020 Ranger pick up with a service agreement which needs service as well.

We make every attempt to meet all of our guests at their vehicle when possible. This is a process that we are continually improving on and I apologize to anyone that has been left waiting in their vehicle. Before the vehicle leaves our drive, it has the alignment checked, steering wheel covered, seat covered and a paper floor mat placed in the floor. This is a process that we do on every vehicle that comes through our drive. We take the upmost care to make sure that our guests vehicles are taken care of while in our possession. Very professional and helpful.

I drove 90 miles to this dealership, first time I had

I drove 90 miles to this dealership, first time I had done business with them. And I would do it again in a heartbeat. That was the fastest I have ever got out of any dealership. Really impressed! The salesman (Ethan I think his name was) and the finance manager, sales manager, they were all great. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I would drive the 180 miles round trip again with out hesitation. Thanks Randall Ford

Randy in the service department is fantastic, every time

Randy in the service department is fantastic, every time I have work on my car he has been outstanding!! Always has an answer for any questions is ask. Daniel in sales sold me a truck in April and he was wonderful. The staff at Randall Ford in Fort Smith Arkansas awesome.

These people have no communication.

These people have no communication. They were going to put in a used transmission that was covered under warenty. They received the transmission and said they would contact me when they were ready for my car. It took them 3 months to contact me so I took my car in the day the job was going to be done they called saying the seal on the transmission was broken and the warenty won't pay it because it's now expired so I needed to pay an extra 300 dollars for the part and labor.....they had my transmission for 3 months! They should have inspected it within a timely manner. Needless to say with multiple phone calls to the dealership and my warenty company they fixed the seal and I ended up paying like 30 dollars more than the original quote but....they told me the warenty paid for half my diagnostics fee so they would credit that towards my bill but I never seen that money back? I just paid it and held my tongue I was just ready to have my car back and be done with these people. I understand this is a very demanding frustrating job at times but they do not communicate. They talk to you like you don't know anything and make you feel dumb and they are just very inconsiderate I would never buy from ford ever again in my whole life! I've never felt more disrespected or taken advantage of more than I have at the zumbrota ford in mn where I got this car and the randall ford where my car was fixed. Worst experience!

Our service department makes every attempt to get vehicles in as soon as possible for repairs. There are several factors that can cause delays in getting repairs completed quickly. These include but are not limited to shop capacity, availability of guests to bring vehicles back, part availability and condition, etc. The estimate that we provide in the beginning is just that - an estimate. There are things that change that price including things that can't be seen until we start a job or things that have to be changed or added to a part that a warranty company sends us. We express this to our guests as soon as we are able to and work with them the best we can to resolve the difference in price. There are delays and changes in price with most repairs where we are at the mercy of extended warranty companies to furnish parts to us. We do everything we can to minimize this but are unable to do so in some cases. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. -Donald Peters Service Manager

I u.derstand that and took that into consideration. Again it all comes down to communication. Which your service department did not have any skills in. I have my call log and all the proof i needed and nothing will change my mimd or make it ok the way i was treated.
