    My car was in for repairs and even though I didn't buy it from Randell Ford they made sure I had an extremely nice loaner to drive, they called me... with updates on my vehicle while fixing it, made sure my loaner car was doing good, I can't say enough about my experience with Randell Ford they went above and beyond anything I expected.

    Don at Randall Ford service department was very knowledgeable and helpful during my last service vist. He let me know what wad needed to have done to my... car since it had 68,000 miles and gave me options to what I needed to do. He did not pressure me and he was honest and up front. The work they do is of the highest quality. They offer you a ride to work or back home when you leave the car and will pick you up if needef

    Randall Ford Service takes good care of my vehicles - confident in their Quality Control We recently bought a new F150, and also a used 2007 Ford Explorer... and have both of them serviced at Randall Ford. We have had nothing but excellent customer service department of this dealership. We spent well over $4,000 to have Randall Ford completely go through the Ford Explorer (had low miles, and got it for a great price and was in pristine condition) and it came out driving like a brand new car. Their service department goes over in fine detail any recommended work, and the final bill was exactly what was agreed upon. I highly recommend this service department. It seems like the service writers and the mechanics actually care about the quality of their work and how they handle their customers. If I had one complaint, it would be how long it takes to get in their 'express bay' for 'the works' routine maintenance, but I am sure this is NOT unique to Randall Ford, as I have made maintenance appointments with other Ford dealerships within driving distance and have found that the RF service department is still better than the other ones in my area. But even though 'the works' takes over an hour of waiting (in a very nice waiting room), the mechanics still do an excellent job of going over every check point, and do NOT overcharge on their work, and are very fair to the customer. So, the wait is worth it, but recommend dropping off and coming back if possible. Overall, I highly recommend this service department.

    Looked online found great deals sent email within minutes Peter rossum called and identified our needs and wants. He was very knowledgeable, virtuous and... kind. He worked hand in hand with GM and found us our car. With in a hour we were down at dealership signing paperwork. The finance director Anthony branum again so curtious and kind and found us out best lender . We love Randall Ford.

    I drove in with battery problems. I was i was approached promptly by a nice young lady in the write up bay. within minutes I was told I needed a replacement... battery. I gave the go ahead and shortly a tech contacted me in the waiting area and asked if I wanted to upgrade the amperage of the battery. I declined because if Ford Motor Co thought I needed a bigger battery it would have come that way. The Parts Manager Mr. Tim Davis provided the tech with the proper battery and within 30 minutes I was on my way.

    The Service department forgot to fill the window shield washer tank. which they normally do. not a big problem that is any easy task to fix..... Sure... which you service department could run the vehicles through the carwash and vacuum. I believe it would be greatly appreciated by your customer when they picked up their Vehicle Washed and Vacuumed basically cleaner than they dropped it off. I know I would...
