Horrible service Dept
Tom the service department manager is extremely rude. He Would not give me a straight answer to my question about why they would not cover my CV axles under warranty besides saying a 2" level kit installed by 4WP of Bakersfield caused extreme angle change that caused them to fail , I asked what is the correct angle they should be and he had no answer I asked if this is extreme tell me what is the correct angle and with a loud rude tone said its just extreme and I'm not playing word games with you and we will not repair it. My wife's truck has just under 25K miles 2018 F150 FX4 they did repair a coolant leak and left hoses loose where I had to bring it back for them to repair correct after leaking most of the coolant from the dealer to SW Bakersfield.

A vast improvement
I reached out to Jim Burke Ford about trading in my leased Ford Focus so that I could get a slightly larger used vehicle. They put me in touch with Chris McKinnis, who took the ball and ran with it. I let him know what perks I was looking for in a vehicle, how much I had to put down, and how much I was willing to pay monthly. It was only my second time negotiating a car purchase (my first time doing it alone) and Chris was a huge reason that I felt comfortable and confident that I was getting the best price for the vehicle I wanted. His professional and friendly demeanor paired with his drive for quality customer service made for an experience that I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

Service in time and properly done
Went to Jim Burke Ford (the Oak street) for a check engine light on. The diagnosis was prompt and 4 days later the parts were installed. Much appreciation to Elias for the professional service provided.
Best Experience Ever
This dealership is amazing with the most phenomenal employee named Jonah. I had the worst experience ever with another dealership and somehow Jonah was able to turn everything around for me in the same day. He even personally delivered my new Expedition. I’ve grown up in a Toyota Family. I’m glad that I switched over to Ford. The overall quality of service is outstanding. Carlos made me feel welcomed when answering the most simplest questions. Don’t be afraid to ask, you can see how much care they put towards their customers.
Better customer service
My bf and I went to purchase a truck for him and Rick was the sales rep we got. He came off as cocky and rude. First off he went on a golf cart to show us the vehicles. I seen other sales reps walking with their clients. He didn’t have a friendly personality. I asked a question towards the end, he answered it and made me feel stupid. I would go again but definitely wouldn’t want help from him.
Stuck in Bakersfield
My truck broke down in Bakersfield. I will end up paying almost twice what I should have for a transmission replacement. Only because I could not drive my truck. Prices were high and unfair.
F150 Pick Up
Rick Robles did a great job as did Alex Camacho and the rest of the team including IT. Very professional staff and hard working as well. Answered all of my questions.
