DO NOT GO THERE!!!! Bought a used car from Jim Burke Ford (which turned out to be a lemon). Since it was used it only had a 90 day warranty unless I wanted to pay thousands of dollars for a warranty. Approximately 15 days after the 90 days was up there were major engine problems. I reached out to a manager, he called me back 24 hours later and said "I spoke to the used car manager and we aren't going to help you...it's not our problem." I didn't ask for a new car, I asked what can they do to help me since I am a disabled veteran. I was willing to buy another car...but they didn't want this one back. Obviously they do not fully inspect their used vehicles or else this wouldn't have happened to me. Now I am stuck with a vehicle that has bad cams and lifters. Thank you Jim Burke Ford for an EPIC FAIL!!!

Jim Burke Ford is a trustworthy family business
Our family has been doing business with Jim Burke Ford since Jim Burke started the business and, before that, when Mr. Burke sold cars for Haberfelde Ford in the 1950s. It’s a family business that has endured for decades because Ford makes excellent vehicles and because their Sales and Service Drpartments put the customer first. My wife and I bought a new Ford Escape, to share our garage with our 2017 C-Max which we love. A Ford C-Max was featured in the Ryan Reynolds, Samuel L. Jackson movie, the “Hitman’s Bodyguard.” We don’t drive our C-Max like that, but it was fun to see one in a Hollywood chase scene.

Don't trust Jim burk ford
Not even 2 months and im already having problems with my truck. Don't trust them when they say that they have checked the truck before selling it to you. The first day in their dealer parking lot I notice the rear air bag braket was bent. Told them about it and said they will fix it. They end up replacing the only rear shock.But before they had told me that they had it check more than once to make sure everything was good. They didn't believed me till they seen it for them selfs. The next week I installed the stereo and notice there was a lot of mud and water under the carpet. The next week I towed my motorcycle trailer and started smelling a lot of brakes hot brakes. Though it was because of a "new" truck but my old trucks f250 don't even do that. Now that I got a flat tire I notice the rotors vains were cover in mud. I realized that this truck has been flooded. I tried talking to the sales manager and right away told me that the truck was lifted. That's a red flag for me of the manager telling me that my truck was lifted. I havent changed or replace anything on the truck just wheels and tires. And then I showed the manager a picture of the trailer with electric brake system, that I was towing the manager said that the trailer is too big for my truck. I just two 3 of my motorcycles. Another red flag for me. It looks like they don't want to help me. They are just looking for some excuse not to cover me. I'll be posting videos on YouTube of the truck. "Jim burk ford flooded trucks" the pictures I have posted here from the air bag braket are from the same day i bought the truck. If they had checked the truck on everything before selling it. Then they would notice the brake rotors covered with mud and the bent air bag braket. They just washed the truck put it up for sale.

Grand Slam, Home Run!
I just snagged a 2023 Maverick! @ MSRP. Jim Burke Ford does not charge a premium over MSRP. Marisa at the "Auto Mall" was friendly, knowledgeable, expedient. The Finance and DMV was efficient and accurate. The entire transaction was effortless, a great experience. Before you go out of town check with Jim Burke Ford first and if you are out of the area, take the short drive and save a lot. Bucky in Bakersfield.
