Purchase of a new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT

Very personal relationship with Victoria, she made me feel very comfortable about purchasing a new 2014 Jeep. She had the exact Jeep at the Dealership that I was looking for and I drove it away that very day. It was great. She's an excellent salesperson. I will use her on my next Jeep purchase and recommend her to all my family and friends.

Excellent service

Happy with my Dodge Challenger

I purchased a new 2014 Dodge Challenger and am very happy with it. Jared was the salesperson I worked with. I have no complaints. I feel the amount I paid was fair and I didn't feel beat down. I would deal with Jared and Fowler again.

I got here five min before closing. They still accept me. Wait time was not long. Had a good experience. I will recommend this to friends.

Purchase Of New Chrysler

Victoria Vallet was our sales person at Fowler Dodge, Oklahoma City. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything on this car. Enjoyed the time spent with her. Nathan, with finance, did a great job too. They gave us a very good impression of dealing with a car dealership. Glad we picked Fowler Dodge!

Fowler Dodge

Overall I had a great experience with Fowler Dodge. I went in at almost closing time and was not treated as they were in a hurry at all. I purchased my dream car and felt that I received a good deal! Went to the service department the day day to have the windows tinted and received very prompt service.

Disappointed in end results.

Our salesman David and his up line Lonnie were very helpful and accommodating. I was even pleased with the finance department, to start with. When day 28 came and still no title work done things went down hill fast. It is highly unlikely we will ever deal with Fowler Dodge again.

very pleased

My dad went in to purchase a new vehicle and we were not expecting to buy that very day as it usually takes him at least 6 months to find the right deal that he will be happy with. However, we were amazed at the friendliness of the staff and how they worked with him to put him in a car that he could be happy with and with payments that met his budget. Everyone from David (the car salesman) to Blake (financing) was very friendly and helpful and made the process much easier. We will be back if ever we need another vehicle. I also want to say that your service dept is also wonderful. I drive a Dodge Journey and it can be difficult as a woman to come in and be treated with respect. But on the occasions that I've came in, the people in the service dept are very professional and courteous. It really does make things much easier on me and I appreciate it.

New work van....Victoria Vallet!

Purchased a new work van, Ram Promaster 1500 Victoria was great! She was very customer oriented and product knowledgable. Her goal was to get me a vehicle and have me leave with a positive experience. Not sure that was everyone's goal but definitely Victoria's. I'm a pretty observant person and as I was waiting on my vehicle I noticed that not everyone at Fowler was as customer oriented as Victoria. She presented herself better than any other person I came in contact with. She obviously takes pride in her appearance, which was not the case for most of her coworkers. She was one of the few people there who have ever heard of a salad. I felt like she was there for me. Maybe being in a man's world makes her work harder but whatever it is, I LIKE IT! I was very fortunate to have her as my salesperson and I will not buy from anyone other than Victoria! Thanks for your service Victoria Vallet!
