They got me the best I could with my budget and I’m happy with it. Went very smooth and got me the car I wanted

Overall great experience. Kaylen was great. Super friendly, personable and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Didn't feel hassled Finance was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend them.

Great service even for a small budget

We came in with a small budget, needing to replace our commuter car. They treated us the same as if we had a fortune to spend. We were able to find a very nice car in our budget without the hassle we’ve experienced at offer dealers!!

2018 ram 1500 crew purchase

Great car deal!!! Our salesman, Curtis Smith was very knowledgeable and trust worthy. He worked hard for our needs and wants and got it in our price range. Everyone at the dealership is friendly but not pushy

Very good experience

Really courteous, fast service every body had a smile. I was very thirsty when this gentleman offered me a bottle of water very kind and generous of him.

3RD NEW PURCHASE FROM FOWLER

Had purchased 2 new vehicles from Fowler Dodge so went to them 1st when I decided I needed a change in vehicle due to lifestyle. Went in to have my vehicle valued and discuss the type of used vehicle I was looking for. They had the exact car we were looking for, but new. Had worked with Al Weigel in the past, who was great, but unfortunately, he wasn't able to be there when I went in, so he set us up to meet with Steven Dowdy. Steven was great. Never did we feel pressured to purchase the new vehicle. Steven and Dustin (floor manager) did everything they could to make the purchase work for us. Kyle in finance also did a great job. They all made this a great buying experience. This was my 3rd purchase from Fowler and I fully intend to purchase my 4th from them when the time comes!

Sales always been fine, service not so much.

I was really hoping the change in service managers was what this dealership needed. On my third trip here because of an incomplete brake job. The first one back in October 2017 did way more damage than good. Been driving my Charger carefully since cause what I thought was a needed brake line bleed and/or new pads that were supposed to be replaced that time was actually a broke master cylinder. Keep in mind this wasn’t figured out by Service my previous trip last week that I paid $300 for. I assume I got new pads this time, car still was given back to me with serious brake fade. And have to deal with it at least another day while they order a master cylinder and charge me anoth $500+ to fix that. So since October 2017 I’ll be out over 1k on brakes and repair and 4 total trips to service . When I could’ve been out maybe $700 the first time to do everything right the first time. Also know my master cylinder and car were stopping just fine before that first brake service. Obviously no test drives preformed after any of the services. Going to give Westpointe in Yukon a try next time. Probably buy my 392 there.

Amazing service!!!

I came here looking for a bigger vehicle & got just that, the employees fought to get me in a new vehicle & i truly appreciate it. The service here was immaculate, I would recommend everyone here!!!
