Great Buying Experience , Clean Facility

Our salesman Charlie S. was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful / friendly. We are very happy with our Dodge Truck purchase. We are also extremely impressed with the clean and organized facility and service area.

Great Experience

We purchased a Jeep and had an overall great experience. Scott was our salesman and he was very professional and courteous. He never seemed irritated even though we took up half of his day and looked at several different cars. I was hoping for something that was unrealistic, but their team made it work. The sales managers checked in with us several times to see if we needing anything, and were very friendly. The finance guy was also courteous and not to pushy.

Knowledgeable Salesman - Great truck buying experience

We enjoyed working with an Excellent, Well Organized, and Knowledgeable Salesman !! We were also very impressed that the entire facility and service department are extremely clean.

Run!!!!!!!!!

This experience was terrible. I regrettably purchased a 2011 Ford Flex. First, they tried to charge me much more than the vehicle was being offered on the website. My husband reminded them that he had spoken to someone earlier about the price online which was 17,000 and that we would not pay the 26,000 that they insanely tried to bring to the table. This was the first of many nightmares to come. It took three hours to come to an agreement on the vehicle because their shoddy inspection of used cars that they try to push off as the best overlooked the bald tires. After trying to convince my husband that they were awesome and in great condition they finally with an attitude agreed to throw them in for free. When we finally go through finance with the worst person on this planet, Ethan, we get out to my car that i think has been cleaned and detailed like most new cars are. NOPE!!! It was a mess and our salesman Scott Renfro tells us that the detailers aren't there so when I come in to get my tires they'll get it taken care of. I come in the next day for tires it takes them a day in a half to put them on and I call three times to Scott to see about my detailing to make sure he doesn't forget. I don't get one call back. I go to pick up my vehicle and leave at which point I make it down the road a mile for him to call me and tell me to turn around and bring it back so it can be cleaned. I sit in the dealership for another hour and all they do is clean the windows and vacuum. which Scott lets me know he did himself. Kid you not....I am then sent off with my fresh vacuum which forgot the back seat and third row seat area but i just want to get as far away as possible. I go to clean it myself and figure out there are missing parts in my car. My windshield wiper fluid will not come out there is not even a sound like it would be clogged it just flat out does not work. I had to go back a week later to sign a contract with a different institution, a higher interest rate, and all. While speaking to Ethan about this matter he informs me that I'm irrational for not wanting to accept the new interest rate. I thought it was about what I thought not about what they thought but i was wrong. It takes them another two weeks to tell me that they need a different reference and I give it over the phone directly to the institution, who was way nicer by the way. Well now that it took them so long to turn in paperwork and everything else that they drag their feet on, I still do not have my papers to pay my TTL which is due today. FANTASTIC! Oh and did I forget to mention that there is oil leaking now...... My husband has purchased two vehicles from here both Dodge vehicles and they were great. But never again will our business go to such incompetence and downright disregard for customer satisfaction. I wish i had had the same experience that others seem to have enjoyed.

Entire Team Great-Great Experience Overall

I was recently looking to buy a very specific used vehicle. This being said, I found two vehicles for sale in the country, one in DC and one at Fowler in OKC. I was not comfortable purchasing sight-unseen and having it shipped home, so OKC made more sense for me as I live in NM. I contacted the dealership online and was immediately called by Rachael. Very nice/helpful young lady. She put me in touch with a salesman, Scott Renfro. He and I had a few phone conversations trying to work out a deal. Also very nice gentleman on the phone. The next day I called back with a counteroffer, it was early in the day, before Scott or Rachael were in, and I was assisted by Kami, also very nice and helpful. I was contacted a bit later in the day by Chauncey Lee, a sales manager. The entire deal was made over the phone with Chauncey, and he went out of his way to ensure I was satisfied. He sent me numerous pictures of the vehicle, everything and anything I had asked to see. He also put me in touch with Mitch in the finance department who, in my opinion, bent over backwards to get all the necessary documentation to my credit union before they closed for the day. Everything was handled and I flew out the next morning. The minute I deplaned, my phone rang. Scott "Sarge" Renfro was already at the airport waiting to pick me up. We headed to the dealership. As soon as we turned in I saw the vehicle I was there to purchase sitting right out front. I immediately noticed a dent in the rear tailgate that no one had told me about, nor was I able to see in any of the photos. I was irate, after purchasing a $400 last minute, one-way plane ticket. Moving on to the interior of the vehicle, I was very disappointed. It was filthy and appeared scratched up, again, not apparent in photos or mentioned in any communication. While very seriously considering calling a cab to head back to the airport to buy another last minute $400 plane ticket home, Scott had the truck sent out to be detailed again. He also put me in touch with Brian, a finance guy, to see what we could work out regarding the dent. Brian was also very nice and helpful, and I agreed to have another look at the truck after the detailing. At this point, now 2pm, Scott offers to take me to lunch while we wait. He recommended a local BBQ joint that was amazing. We sat and talked about work and family and his Army days and everything. When we finished and returned to the dealership the truck was done and I had another look. It looked great. All of my initial issues had been addressed, other than the dent of course. The dealership and I were able to work out the details regarding the dent, Mitch who had done all the forms the day before for my bank sat down with me and walked me through all the paperwork and made sure I was taken care of. He was just as friendly and thorough as he had been over the phone. When all was said and done, Scott handed me the keys, said thank you and I was on my way. I assumed that was that. It was an 8 hour drive home, putting me in around midnight since I got on the road much later than I had planned. Most of the drive was in the dark and I was exhausted from the early morning travel and the long day. The next day Scott called to make sure I made it home safely and to make sure I didn't have any vehicle issues. He also wanted to make sure the wife was happy with the truck! It's been a couple weeks now and Scott actually called again yesterday just to check in and see how things were going. After this long-winded story of my experience with Fowler Dodge, basically I feel like every person I dealt with, especially Scott Renfro, went above and beyond to make sure all was good with this sale. I can't say for sure, but I believe had it not been for Scott, I would've walked away from this truck. I absolutely recommend Scott if you find yourself at Fowler. Thank you for your service Sarge, and keep up the great work buddy.

Great Business Deal

The customer team was excellent. Every salesman and finance team were very courteous and helpful. Had a great experience from zack in sales he was really nice and was really knowledgeable on the vehicles we where looking at he is also great with kids since they not being so good facilities are being repair so just give the dealership time it will be looking goo again 2nd vehicle I bought there so far
