Our salesmen, Foster, was great and took care us! We would good back in a heart beat!

Terrible Service Department

Scheduled an appointment with a Service Advisor, Chris, to have my truck looked at for a recall notice and warranty work. Took the truck in the day of the appointment and that was a week ago. Initially they were going to have me bring it in and said they would take care of it that day. 7 days later and they have yet to even look at it. Chris has since been fired, but I have already had the run around from the service department. No calls whatsoever from them as I have been calling for updates. Yesterday I was told my truck was in the bay and the technician was looking at it. Today I was told it hasn't been looked at.... Dustin Pimber is the Service Manager and apparently is not doing a good job running the department.

Great service

Charlie Sabbagh was very knowledgeable and patient with my wife and I. We did not feel pressured and felt very comfortable dealing with Mr. Sabbagh. Next time I'm in the market for a new car, I'll definitely come back to Fowler dodge, especially because of Charlie!!

Short and easy!

We had Chris Branda as our salesman and it was a great experience! Told us everything about the car and showed us how to work some of the features, explained everything very well. Whole process only took about 2-2.5 hours and we were out the door! That was from test drive to delivery of car. Thank you Chris for a great experience!

Frustated with Service Department

Called to schedule an appointment to have my 09 Dodge Ram looked at due to transmission issues and for a recall. I speak with an employee in service who says to arrive at 7am on the day of the appointment for the service. I arrive at 7am and well, the service guys do not even arrive until 8. Then they proceed to tell me they don't think they can get to my vehicle today. What the heck is the reason for scheduling an appointment then?? So then I ask about rental cars, as under the warranty you are to be provided with a rental. They indicate they have no rentals... I have been to many dealerships in the past and the experience is never very good, but this one tops them thus far... In the small waiting area now... We shall see what transpires once their service employees actually arrive for the 7am appointment though now it is 8am...

New Jeep Owner

My husband and I only intended on "looking" at cars but we ended up purchasing a brand new 2015 Jeep. Our salesman Charlie was a pleasure to work with and everyone was very friendly and answered all of our questions. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Mr. Albert Minton

Dave Hamrick did an excellent job of showing us the truck we wanted to see, and he did an excellent job of explaining all the questions we had. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Fowler Dodge and we have been treated professionally.

excellent sales associate

I came to Fowler Dodge to have my 2006 jeep GC serviced. I have had my jeep serviced there for years. I was also simi looking for a replacement jeep. I would soon be transferring the 2006 to my grandson. a sales associate, William Avila saw me in the new car lot and came out to see if he could help me look for something. To make a long story short, he made a dreaded process pleasant. I was not looking forward to going thru a car buying process. His non pushy, let me help you approach was nice. I never once felt any pressure to buy anything. He just patiently guided me thru the inventory and offered to go out side of the Fowler dealership to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I ended up buying a replacement sooner than I need to just because he found exactly what I wanted.

New Car Purchase

Hassle free and efficient. The sales person allowed the product to sell its self without following us around and barraging us with facts and numbers that we already knew or didn't need to know. Friendly and accommodating.
