STEPHEN BEAM AND ERIC SALE MANAGER

WE WERE FIRST DEALING WITH JESSE THE SALESMAN AND TONY THE FINANCE MANAGER IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPIERENCE WE WERE PRESSURED BY THE SALESMAN TO BUY A VEHICLE WE WERENT SURE WE WANTED AND THEN THE SALES MANAGER BELITTLED US AND WE WERE VERY UPSET, BUT AFTER TALKING WITH ERIC IN SALES MANAGEMENT HE MADE EVERYTHING PERFECT THEY GOT MY OUT OF THE JEEP I WAS PRESURED INTO BUYING AND GOT ME BACK INTO A TRUCK WHICH IS WHAT I HAD AND WANTED TO KEEP BARRING I DONT HAVE MY OLD TRUCK BACK WHICH I HAD CUSTOMIZED OUT BUT I HAVE ANOTHER TRUCK AND THEY ARE TRYING TO HELP ME GET ALL THE GOODIES BACK ON IT. STEPHEN WAS THE SALESMAN WE HAD ON OUR NEW PURCHASE NO PRESSURE NO HASSLE HE WAS AWESOME AND IS A WONDERFUL SALESMAN AND BECAUSE OF HIM AND ERIC WE WILL RETURN TO FOWLER BUT IF THEY HADNT STEPPED IN WE WOULD HAVE NEVER RETURNED TO FOWLER TO BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE.

Dustin Davis should be Salesperson of the Year!

I worked with Dustin on the purchase of my Jeep Wrangler. Not only did he represent the dealership with professionalism and pristine knowledge of the product, but he had excellent sales technique in speaking to the desire of the customer. He understood the "lifestyle" of a jeep owner and appealed to that in conversation. Excellent approach! I actually left the dealership and went to a couple other places but returned because of Dustin. He made me feel comfortable in my purchase and that he ( and Fowler Dodge) would be there in the future for any questions and concerns. I work in customer service and I can say without question that Dustin Davis made my purchase experience very pleasant and easy. I will be recommending business to Fowler and specifically recommending Dustin Davis. Additionally, Dexter was a straight with me on value of my trade in and the Jeep itself. I appreciated the honesty that I felt with these two and it made a huge difference. I love my new Jeep! Talina D.

Awesome Experience!!

I had an awesome experience buying my first Jeep from Fowler. I had Cole Lauderdale as my salesman he went above and beyond and made sure that my car buying experience was smooth and hastle-free. He definitely takes great care of his customers. I would recommend Fowler and Cole to my friends and family. I would definitely buy another car from Fowler in the future.

Good experience

We worked with Cole Lauderdale. He was friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we saw all of the Rams that we wanted. Though they did not have our first color choice we still left with a new Ram and are pleased with our new vehicle and the follow-up visit for our new hitch to be installed.

Excellent Service

This was the second time buying from Fowler and they did a superb job. We are very happy with the Chrysler 200 C that we bought. I believe it was Michelle Ward that helped my husband. Will definitely be back. :)

Painfully slow service department

This is not a dealership that prides itself on service. The only reason I come here for my oil changes is because it's fee with my vehicle purchase. It doesn't matter if I'm waiting when the doors open or get there in the middle of the day, an oil change never takes under 2-3 hours here. They tried to tell me that with my diesel that it takes an hour to drain the oil alone. My mechanic I normally go to has done my diesel oil changes for years and it's never taken more than 15-20 minutes. Slow service and not recommended

No nonsense

Our salesman, Tom King, was great. He was honest, and actually answered our questions with straightforward responses. He worked hard to find just the right truck for us with what we wanted and in our price-range. We have bought from Fowler before and now for the second time. I would go back a third time too because I appreciate their candor. I like to see sticker prices on the vehicles so you know the starting point.
