It Makes A BIG Difference Who Services Your Jeep!

I bought my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from my local dealership. Recently I caught them NOT doing the servicing I was paying for. I decided to give them one last chance, so I brought my Jeep into them for my required service. They quickly informed me of the following: They told me that I needed servicing on my front & rear differentials; a new cabin air filter and fuel injector cleaning. They quoted me $800.00 for all the work. I declined to have them do any of their quoted repairs...and I agreed to pay them for the $39.00 oil change that they had already done. My next phone call was to L&M Motors. Jimmy Cain the Service Mgr. was very understanding and offered to check out my concerns, and my extended warranty. This morning, I had L&M Motors go over all the repairs my former dealership had told me I needed. L&M took my Jeep in right away, and within an hour...their mechanics checked my front & rear differentials, my cabin air filter and told me ALL were NOT in need of any servicing, and no issues were found on a general inspection. There wasn't even a charge to check & inspect these items ! Where Do You Think I'm Taking My 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited to for Service & Repairs from NOW ON !!!

THE BEST!!

We have been buying cars from L and M for 27 years. We are loyal to them, not only because we love our vehicles, but because they are loyal to us. Our service has always been great! They go beyond selling you a vehicle. They treat you like family.

Don't stand behind their vehicles.

Needed to sell my Dodge Challenger and wouldn't even give me a offer. They apparently don't stand behind their brand. First and last Dodge I will own. I know back around 2005 I had to sell our Chevy truck because of job cutting our pay and they bought it back on the spot. I guess chevy is just better all the way around.

Always a great experience.

I always have a good experience when dealing with L&M. Jimmy and Tony Jr. are always helpful. I drive past other dealers to deal with these guys. Can't go wrong here. Quick and courteous every time.

Lift install

Do not have a mopar lift installed on your jeep here 5 days and counting on the installation. I would have been better off doing it under the shade tree in the back yard

Service Department=Unprofessional!

Had an 8 am appointment. Did not start work until 345 and vehicle wasn't ready until 5. Never called after telling me it would be ready by lunch! Not doing business with these folks. There reasoning was they just got busy.

We are sorry for the inconvenience that may have been caused to you. I have spoken with the service manager about this issue, and this is a very time consuming recall that was performed on your vehicle and only certain crew members are capable and certified to perform this recall. You should have been informed the repairs to your vehicle would be time consuming, and also that we would not be able to start on your vehicle at 8:00. Again, I apologize if there was any inconvenience to you, our service manager feels as though this was a communication issue on our part and we certainly hope for another opportunity to gain your business. Very disrespectful!

Terrible service. Acted like they could care less about selling a car. Came in door salesman was on couch in show room and would not even get up to talk to me when I came in. Very disrespectful!
