Go somewhere else for your BMW. This dealership will over charge for a vehicle l acing you with tons of negative equity. The finance manager treats you like a child. They send you thru all sorts of loops to cancel a product/gap that they sold you, even when you trade that same vehicle at their sister facility. They do not care about returning customers . It takes two days for them to return calls only cares about customers inside dealership. Go somewhere else

They provided excellent communication via text and e-mail to confirm the appointment and provide updates during the service. A video was also sent showing the technician pointing out future issue to consider (it was the treadwear on the car when the car was up on the rack beening inspected)! The excellent service and efficient details were appreciated very much!!

Wonderful service and waiting accommodations.
I took my car to BMW of Asheville for service. My advisor was Norman. He was professional in answering all of my questions. The service was done in the time promised. The waiting accommodations were wonderful with coffee and breakfast sandwiches available. I was totally pleased with the service.

Service with a smile
Patrick, the BMW service associate was polite and extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem and then having it fixed. He took the time to listen--how many people do that today? And even though I am a techno-dummy, he did not treat me as one but explained without talking down to me.

Top Notch Service Dept and Staff
Michael Carley is my service advisor. He is always helpful, knowledgeable, honest and a pleasure to do business with. If Mike or any of the staff at BMW of Asheville recommend a service for my 5 series, I know it's something that I should do. I only service my BMW here, it is a 2008 model. I have yet to have it fail me, starts everytime I crank it. I keep the maintenance up, Mike and Jatin (Service Mgr) make sure my car is in top shape. The automobile aspects of my life, stay in order without headaches because of BMW of Asheville and its staff. Really a pleasure to be here and do business together.

No pressure at all! It was like working with family. Questions answered great and no pressure financing. We talked through add on’s and got what made sense. Why are more dealers not like this. Will buy from them again for sure!

Immediate service saved the day
I had just merged into the southbound lane of traffic on I 26 East when I ran over something very small on the road. It was small but mighty. It punctured the L/H front tire and it went down very quickly. We limped into the dealership and was greeted promptly by Mike Carley. He wrote the repair order immediately, checked parts inventory for the tire, worked me into the system and had me back on the road within 1 1/2 hours. The service area was very clean, staff was very professional and courteous, and they genuinely made us feel like they appreciated our business. After managing the Fixed Operations Departments of 17 New car dealerships (Chain operator) for over 30 years I know how to spot an efficient operation. This one fit the criteria very well. You will not go wrong by frequenting this dealership. Mike was also extremely good at his job.
