    Best Auto experience we've had in a long time! Very positive, David Linenfelser was our sales associate and we couldn't have been more pleased! Very knowledgeable,... friendly, and went out if his way to make sure we were satisfied. We will definitely be back for our next car purchase!

    My stop start stopped working. They said it would be $425 for a new battery plus $900 for a new door handle. The handle, they explained, was draining the... battery. I drove off and guess what? The stop/start still doesn’t work.

    We saw the ad for an EV that we wanted and the price sounded right. We went to look at it and the car was in great shape as advertised. We took a test... drive and decided to buy. We came back the next day and the closing process was smooth and quick. It was a very positive experience. I highly recommend BMW of Asheville.

    The worst car buying experience I have ever had. Purchased a a 2018 BMW 430ix mineral white convertible delivered to me from BMW of Ashville. They told... me it had not been in an accident and after receiving the car and noticing the front bumper sensors were not working, it was clear that it had been in a front end accident with overspray everywhere underneath the front end. Oh and the car was filthy inside and out, no dealer prep or detail done. Pre and Post sales communication was horrible. Threatened them with a Dealer Fraud Lawsuit and they took the car back and gave me my money back but it was VERY painful. I noticed that they have the car for sale again listed as accident free on the carfax. BUYER BEWARE

    Spent days working on pricing, trade in and setting up an appointment to buy a car from their website. On the day before as I filled out all the credit... information I was then called by the Manager saying the car was already sold - despite the fact I had been talking g to the 6 hours earlier in the day!!

    I bought a used vehicle online. Jack Rowland was extremely responsive and reached out to me within 30 minutes of my online inquiry. He was a pleasure to... work with, and made the buying process very easy. The other folks I dealt with were friendly and courteous and really went the extra mile to get my deal done quickly. Definitely recommend.

    My first experience with a BMW dealer turned out to be among the best car-buying experiences ever. Joel Ruff at BMW of Asheville, NC, first determined... what I wanted, walked me through what cars had what features, and then left me alone to choose. Once I had selected my car of choice Joel was prompt with follow-up, answered all questions thoroughly and quickly. I never felt alone or uninformed during this buying process. If you want a pleasant car-buying experience, I unreservedly recommend Joel Ruff.
