Incredibly Unprofessional - Will pull your credit like crazy

Absolutely horrible service! I had to all but beg my sales rep to take my money, and I did all follow up. Absolutely low balled me on my trade in, then when I showed the kbb they tried to act like they were doing me a favor by honoring it. Also please note, if you apply for credit through them, THEY WILL PULL IT AS MANY TIMES AS THEY WANT. They pulled my score FIVE times without my approval. Didn't explain anything to me then when I asked them about it, my rep was very rude and said - " we didn't pull it five times, we pulled it once then sent it to five banks", so much sarcasm and just not how you do business. Also refused to come down on the price of their car for sale at all. When my husband called to discuss the situation he hung up on him and told him they pull peoples score like that constantly and don't tell them upfront. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

We bought our 2018 Ford Fi150 through Whitson Morgan in Clarksville and their friendliness and Service was outstanding. I would Definatly recommend using Joshua Holt.

A Most Pleasing Experience

My husband and I decided to replace his. Grand Caravan. We have dealt with Whitson Morgan for years and have always been pleased. After Turner Whitson retired we were concerned about whether or not the business would remain as good as it had been, but we need not have worried the new generation remains as concerned with customers as Turner had been. Jonathan Morgan a member to that new generation made our search for a new care trouble free. He answered all our questions, and he suggested cars that he thought would meet our needs. We looked and did a couple of test drives. We decided on a Grande Cherokee. Jonathan paired our IPhones to the car—something he did not have to do. When our satellite radio could not receive the signal in the car. Jonathan took care of the problem immediately. The entire experience was trouble free and efficient—all the way from the first cup of coffee to all the papers being organized and arranged so that the revenue office had everything they needed at their fingertips. As always we will have all of our service done at Whitson Morgan. Their service department is every bit as good and the sales dept.

Whitson Morgan and more importantly Ellis Foster will go...

Whitson Morgan and more importantly Ellis Foster will go above and beyond to get you into the vehicle you want. He’s the best there is. This is probably our 5th vehicle we’ve purchased through Ellis and we’ll never buy from anyone else. He’s always treated us like family.

Could not be better

We have felt with Whitson Morgan for years. When Turner Whitson retired we were concerned. To our relief, we need not have been. The business has retained the same high quality. Johathan is great. He answers our questions. Gives us information about different possibilities. Knows us well enough to understand our needs. For us he has become a friend over the years.

Easy buying experience

This is the second vehicle we have purchased at Whitson Morgan and Josh Holt. This is the sort of dealership that all dealers should be. Low pressure, great service department, willing to negotiate and all the staff is willing to assist. I highly recommend them and over the years have shopped at many dealerships. Best I have encountered. Never once felt like getting up and leaving which for me is unusual.

Above and Beyond

This was my second vehicle to purchase from Josh Holt at Whitson Morgan. Josh always goes above above and beyond to make sure that you get exactly what you are looking for in your car. His honesty, kindness, and willingness to help in anyway he can are just a few things that set him above the rest. I appreciate you Josh!!!
