Automax Del City

Received a call that dealer was interested in taking my 2012 Tucson In trade for a 2014. Went in at 8PM and by 10PM we had a new Tucson with everything we wanted on it. They stuck to every promise they made. Will deal with them again.

Back on 4/3/2014, my wife and I went to trade in our 2013 Elantra for a 2014 Elantra. AutoMax Hyundai-Del City had sent us a letter offering us a great deal on a swap. They (AutoMax Hyundai-Del City) lived up to their letter offer. When we arrived, Barbara Burch was immediately there to greet us and she was kind and professional. Barbara took us over to Lillian O'Kouri, our personal salesperson. Lillian O'Kouri was absolutely the best: courteous, very professional, yet sweet and very personable She was not pushy and she listened to our specifics and our situation. She made us feel at home, and very welcome. She was attentive, showed us several options and she went out of her way to get us the best deal possible. Lillian was just terrific! She got us an outstanding deal and hooked us up with an upgraded 2014 Elantra. We were so happy with her, that the next day we returned and bought another car (a new 2013 Santa Fe). (Lillian and Danny Haithcock and Abe Baltrush worked together to get us an outstanding deal on that, too.) Next, we went to James "Abe" Baltrush, who handled the financing arrangements, and he went out of his way help us, too. He searched quickly and got us the best deal on a great rate and made the whole financing situation seemless and painless. He is kind, courteous, professional and has a great sense of humor. The whole team though, at AutoMax Hyundai-Del City, were wonderful to be around. They are truly super people. While Lillian was working on our numbers, the whole AutoMax Hyundai-Del City team was making sure we were comfortable, and they offered us refreshments and made us feel at home. Finally, we talked to the Sales Manager, Danny Haithcock, who hooked us up with free window tinting and some free oil changes. He was polite, personable and professional and you could tell he really wanted us to get a great deal. The whole experience at AutoMax Hyundai-Del City was fantastic. It was the greatest sale experience we had ever encountered. Lillian O'Kouri, Danny Haithcock, Abe Baltrush and Barbara Burch were the very definition of great customer service. I can't stress enough how impressed I was by AutoMax Hyundai-Del City as a whole, and specifically Lillian O'Kouri We will definitely be returning to AutoMax Hyundai-Del City in the future for all our auto needs; and we will tell all of our friends, military or otherwise, that if they want a great deal on a car, you need to go see Lillian O'Kouri at AutoMax Hyundai-Del City in Del City!

Our sales person (Monique Nelson), was great my husband hates buying cars. She made it nice and easy we were done in no time all, and all of our questions were answered promptly. Everyone even fiance manager was funny and friendly explained everything in great detail. Was best easiest not stressed or pressured purchase we have ever done.

I have always bought my cars at Joe Cooper Ford Midwest City, but the last experience was so terrible and I told them I would never deal with them again. So, I looked around on the internet and found a car I wanted at Hyundai Del City. I was put in touch with a lady named LIllian. Lilian was the best sales person I have ever dealt with! She worked very hard at getting us what we wanted. She never pushed us to look at anything we didn't request or out of our price range. The financing went pretty quick as well. I would definitely go back just because she did such an awesome job! Lillian is truly a genuine car sales lady, I highly recommend her.

We have had some really bad experiences with car buying. AutoMax really changed our opinions. We just bought our first New car from them, and they couldn't have been nicer, and more helpful. They worked with us on a great deal and got us a great rate for our car. We will be going back to them in the future!!

This dealership is awesome! I dealt with two people the entire time (Barbara and Lillian) I did not get thrown around. Barbara is so awesome she was extremely helpful from the first time I inquired about a car online. I live in Texas so in order for me to fly to Oklahoma to purchase a vehicle I made sure I could trust this place. I mean like for weeks I bugged them asking questions and changing my mind, they were patient and understanding. If I wasn't satisfied with a car and price, they went and found me the car that fit me and my budget! When I got to Oklahoma Barbara picked me up from the airport. Come to find out she isn't a sales person she's an assistant! I would've never known because I was asking her questions all the time and she'd go get answers and respond quickly. Lillian was helpful and explained pricing to me and how the financing worked. They were all concerned about MY needs. When I got to the dealership Lillian thanked me for the trust I put in them to fly there and purchase a car. Even employees that I never talked to we're telling me thanks and have a safe trip back because they were all a team at this place! After my purchase Barbara e-mailed me half way through my trip to check on how it was going and it just felt so good. Typically once you finalize a sale they don't care about you but Del City Hyundai really went above and beyond for me and I'm in another state! I do not regret going here and I am very pleased. I have not doubt that I'll be getting my next car here in a few years, thanks! :)
