Why does the rating system only go to 5? this is a 10...

Why does the rating system only go to 5? this is a 10 Dealership and Lilian is the star. I've bought 4 Automax Hyundais over the past 6 years. i've stopped looking at other dealers. I just go see Lilian, tell her what I want and she finds, brings it out and cuts me the best deal. Repeat customers are pretty rare at most car dealers, but not at AutoMax Hyundai and Del City AutoMax Hyundai leads them all.

I haven't been to a car dealership in eleven years. And,...

I haven't been to a car dealership in eleven years. And, needless to say, I wasn't looking foreword to the experience. The last time I purchased a vehicle I had to hassle with the dealership for over an hour whether they were going to include floor mats or not. Some of you probably know what I am talking about. Anyway, my experience with AutoMax Hyundai Del City was great. I emailed ahead for an appointment to take a test drive. When I arrived at the dealership, Cody Clark, Sr. Sales Consultant greeted me at the front door. The car I was interested in was already there and ready for a test drive. After the test drive and after they looked over my trade in, we went to Cody's office where he made me an offer I couldn't refuse. From Cody to the Sales Manager, Danny Haithcock and all the way through the entire process, it was a no hassle, no pressure experience. My wife and I couldn't believe how smooth everything went. So, if you want to purchase a new Hyundai go to AutoMax Hyundai Del City and ask for Cody Clark, he will take care of you. Great work guys. Thanks!!!

As a young buyer I felt I was being taken advantage of...

As a young buyer I felt I was being taken advantage of for the past couple of weeks at most dealerships. I couldn't get my two sense in without being interrupted or rushed to look or buy a vehicle. After I narrowed my choice down I found a vehicle at AutoMax. When I arrived I was greeted with a man named Ken. I had explained to Ken what I was looking for in vehicle quality and he helped me narrow my options. After I descided that I wanted the vehicle we sat down and got to business. As a first time buyer I felt no rush, nor pressure and I wasn't being taken advantage of. Ken went above and beyond to get me approved at the right deal. Without him I truly beleive I wouldn't have a new vehicle until sometime next year. He did a fantastic job and was very proffesional as well as friendly. If you need help deciding on a car you want and to get a fair price with great service then Ken is the man to see. I appreciate everything he has done for me and made my first car buying expirence the best I could ask for. Thank you for all your help. You will deffinatley be getting future business from me and everyone I know who will be buying a vehicle.

Get ready to buy, this dealership rocks!

The reason for my visit there was just to look at a truck. Before I even arrived at the dealership, I was contacted by Lilian to see which vehicle I was interested in. Without hesitating, she told me that the vehicle that I was interested in would be out front waiting for me to view. Once I arrived she greeted me with a smile and let me look at the vehicle without interruption. She was very professional and not pushy in any way. I have been to several dealerships in the last couple of weeks and every single salesperson was pushy and only cared about making the sale. Lilian's professionalism and patience helped me make the decision that I didn't want to purchase a vehicle from anywhere or anyone, but her!
