Mason and Ricardo were amazing. Mason did all the paper work and got the financing going over the phone. Ricardo was friendly and great to talk to. He got all the gadgets set up and made sure we had everything we wanted. My only complaint is I spent to much money.

I found my truck online, drove it, walked in and completed the deal in less than 20 minutes. Negotiations were fair and reasonable.

Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. Somehow I got my first oil change done early. And it took a moment for them to get me in, however once they got their system fixed, they did a great job and was very friendly.

Greedy, unprofessional, additional dealer mark-ups, unnecessary additional shady "BG" oil change warranty thing, ect, ect... Wasted 2 hours of my life I will never get back. They could be begging to give cars away and I would still not go back. Music was loud as xxxx and some of the music was questionable at best (think adult club music). Another dealer off my list. Wanted to play games of back and forth crap and just have you sitting for both reason.

The beginning was great, sales person was kind. I’m happy with my purchase. They added “free window tinting” to my purchase and immediately scheduled an appointment for me to come back. THEN the NIGHTMARE started. I drove 2 hours back to Del City for my window tinting appointment for them to tell me “oh sorry, you’re windows were already tinted”. So that was a waste in gas, time and money from my job. I had to take off of work for it. BUT THAT’S not it! 31 days later my trade in is still not paid off, I’m now overdue on my jeep I traded in. So technically I still own this vehicle that is sitting on their lot. I’ve called multiple times to speak to someone about this and they always say “I’ll call you back”. They have yet to call me back. I am now in a position of making two car payments because I don’t want my credit affected by this. In Oklahoma, dealerships have 25 days to pay off a car. As of now I’m looking into legal action. In summary I do not recommend this place. Don’t end up like me. Stay with your local car dealership!!

Best service department in OKC. Been taking my vehicle there for 13 years. Never any issues.

They were quick kind and professional the facility was clean equipped and well maintained. Five stars!
