Service great, loaner was junk

Service on 2013 Fusion was excellent. But the loaner I was given was a junker which quit on me and had to be towed. Loaners need to be updated.

2015 MKZ Purchase

We traded our 2008 MKZ for a 2015 MKZ. Drake and Laren were AWESOME to work with. This is the first car we purchased without a hassel and without it taking HOURS to do so. We will definitely recommend Diffee to all our friends and for any future vehicle purchases. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Nice place to purchase a vehicle

This is the second vehicle we have purchased at Diffee. We purchased a pre-owned 2012 Ford Explorer in 2013. When we decided to purchase a new 2015 Explorer, we came back to Diffee. There was almost no discussion about where we would go. We felt we were treated fairly and without any pressure. Can't think of any nicer people to work with when purchasing a vehicle. I would certainly recommend Diffee to anyone I know who is in the market for a new or pre-owned. vehicle. Dennis Schuller has helped us with both of our Explorers and I would feel very comfortable sending anyone I know directly to him.

Service was great from the start. Everyone is freindly and helpful. They don't make you wait forever going back and forth with paperwork. It's all done on there iPads. Great place
