Service and parts department were extremely friendly and answered all of my questions. I was greeted as soon as I entered and offered coffee and snacks.
Just wanted to thank Lennie at Paso Robles Kia for all his help! He helped my wife and I more than I could ask for! My wife Kia motor blew up and she was... so stressed about it and not knowing how she was going to replace the motor. Lennie worked everything out for us. He has a great attitude and very professional! We had to take a trip to LA for a lost in the family and he didn’t even hesitate to give us a rental car for our trip. Thank you again Kia and also Lennie!
I'm on my second KIA from San Luis Bay Motors, and shopping for another. Jack in sales is amazing!! He always goes above and beyond to help get the right... vehicle paired with the customer's needs. Nick in Service is incredible. He makes sure that I don't miss any detail that needs attention to keep my KIA running like a champ. My family has purchased 5 brand new KIAs here in the last 4 years. The salesman was very nice and friendly but the guy who sells the warranty and other extras was pushy and made me feel like I was stupid if I didn't agree... to buy his product. He then sent me back to the office of the salesman where I sat for about 45 minutes waiting for him to get gas. I missed dinner with my family and I also sat there feeling like I had overpaid, didn't want to be there and wished I had gone to another dealership. Unfortunately, I live in a small town and there are few options unless I wanted to drive 2-3 hours away. The dealership felt cold and unfriendly - even my first visit there was unfriendly when I met the owner. They are lousy about setting a sales price and I left feeling like I had been taken advantage of - my fault of course for being too nice, accommodating and not doing my proper homework. I do take responsibility for that. The other weird thing is that after buying the car, since I was alone, I couldn't drive it home. The salesman offered to bring it to me the next day (about a 25 mile drive) and asked for a ride back. In this day of Uber and Lyft I would have expected him to call for his own ride after I had just overpaid for the car and spent thousands of dollars at his dealership. Not the best customer service. I came away from the whole experience feeling very uneasy and it will take a while to shake that feeling. I like the car and eventually will forget about the sales experience but it made me think I may go back to my usual Toyota dealership for my next car and just deal with the weird looking Prius models. They were way friendlier and felt more trustworthy.
Another outstanding service experience at San Luis Bay Motors Kia. I was in and out within an hour. Everyone I came in contact with went above and beyond... to make my visit as pleasant as possible. Service techs, Nick and Melody could not have been any nicer or more efficient. I bought my 2013 Kia Soul at the dealership four years ago and still have two more free oil changes left on my certificate. It would be hard to imagine getting any better service anywhere else than my local Kia dealer. They truly offer world-class service.
The sales lady was outstanding and Mr. C finalizing the finance portion was outstanding.
