Rude service

Kevin and his manager made my friend and I wait over 20 minutes just to print out a carfax on a car she was interested in. I even walked to the manager’s office and stuck my head in to ask why it was taking so long and they said they were “printing it now”, but it still took another 5-10 minutes. I suppose it was because the car was located in Tulsa and my friend planned on seeing it there the next day. They wouldn’t get any benefit from her buying there. It was incredibly rude and we won’t be going back there.

Excellent experience

Great and no pressure experience. Everyone was knowledgeable and worked their ends flawlessly. Recommend going in and speaking with them if your shopping around for sure.

Bob Moore Cadillac was excellent!

I had been looking at the new XT6 for months online and on Sundays. When I went in, Jonette was wonderful. I applaud Hector for putting up with me. He was great! Thanks also to Clint. And a huge, “thank you” to Adrian. You were professional and wonderful to get through the finance process with. Thanks also to Doug and Service for getting my car ready to take home!

Poor servive

Took in my 2013 SRX for repairs to front end. Took two days to supposedly figure out what was causing the noise. Charged me 766 to repair. When I went to pick up the car it was still making the same noise. They just don’t care. Never drove the car to check if noise was gone. Now I have to take it back in.

Loyal customer treated like no one and stolen from

I was a very loyal customer of this car company and this lot especially ultimately have been embarrassed had to have my property stolen from me and held from me illegally and had my property giving away leaving me with nothing but the clothes on my back and that was after I gave them all of my service to all my vehicles I ever bought from them and others I didn't and it didn't matter any at all they still refused to return all my property and even lied and then stopped returning my calls . It's sad I have to sue them just to get justice but that's the way they want it and I'll have my justice one way or another settled outside court or by a judge that hears my solid case

Customer

As always everyone from the moment I drove in made me feel welcome. I always request Diren because he fully understands customer service. He is always very helpful in every way. Diren is the reason I drive from Choctaw to have my car serviced. In my opinion Diren is the best service manager that I have ever dealt with.

Great experience

This group was very good to work with me to get a truck for a price that I could afford. They were very punctual and hospitable. So far, I am quite pleased with the quality of this used vehicle.
