Very pleased with the Service Department.

Very pleased with the Service Department. They were friendly and knowledgeable. Answered my questions and concerns. They were prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend this dealership and their service department.

We had great service from the dealership and the guys that sold our suv to us Michael and Jason Root we’d like to thank them both for their help and kindness we are enjoying our suv 2024 Acadia Denali ( purchased our Acadia on November 15, 2024 ) we would give them both them both a 10 out of 10 much appreciated and a pleasure doing business with them Merry Christmas to you all thank you all for a wonderful experience

I had an amazing experience with Parks Collision Center &

I had an amazing experience with Parks Collision Center & Body Shop after someone rear-ended me. From start to finish, they made a stressful situation so much easier. Bubba Spears, the shop manager, went above and beyond to take care of everything. He kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questions, and made sure my car was taken care of. When I picked it up, I was blown away?not only was my bumper repaired perfectly, but they had cleaned my car too! It felt like I was driving a brand-new vehicle. The care and attention to detail from Bubba and his team really stood out. I?m so grateful for their kindness and professionalism. If you?re ever in need of body work, I can?t recommend them enough. They truly care about their customers.

Rough Start, Smooth Finish

During the build of my new truck, there were some frustrating moments. I had some difficulty getting my salesman to return my calls, and was handed off to three different salesmen during the 6 months process. Finally, I was fortunate enough to meet Michael Keiser and Andy Rose. These are the guys you need to talk to if you're buying a new vehicle! Both always called me back, never dodged my questions, and were completely honest with me. They are the kinds of men who value their customers. Go see them if you want to be taken care of. I love my new GMC Sierra 3500 HD Pro!!!!

Parks did a great job on my new truck.

I purchased a 2023 GMC Sierra AT4 from Parks and Robert and his team did a great job. This is my second purchase from Parks (first one in 2013 following a deployment) and they outdid themselves. They not only honored the GM family first incentive when no one else would, but the vehicle came in faster than expected (right before Christmas - super awesome). Thanks Robert and team, I will continue to buy my GM vehicles at Parks.

I spoke with a nice salesman and told him that I was interested in a specific vehicle, but we were 6 hours away and needed videos to confirm it is what we wanted before making the trip. He stated he would get them to me the next day. I also stated I wasn't interested in paying what they were asking for the vehicle as it was overpriced and it had been on their lot (according to Carfax) for 7 months. He stated ok. Never heard back, after trying to contact someone there, they said it's because they don't negotiate. That would have been good to know when I spoke with him. Doesn't matter, I bought one closer the next weekend for the price I was looking for and the vehicle they had is still on their lot, a month later.
