Rough Start, Smooth Finish
During the build of my new truck, there were some frustrating moments. I had some difficulty getting my salesman to return my calls, and was handed off to three different salesmen during the 6 months process. Finally, I was fortunate enough to meet Michael Keiser and Andy Rose. These are the guys you need to talk to if you're buying a new vehicle! Both always called me back, never dodged my questions, and were completely honest with me. They are the kinds of men who value their customers. Go see them if you want to be taken care of. I love my new GMC Sierra 3500 HD Pro!!!!

Parks did a great job on my new truck.
I purchased a 2023 GMC Sierra AT4 from Parks and Robert and his team did a great job. This is my second purchase from Parks (first one in 2013 following a deployment) and they outdid themselves. They not only honored the GM family first incentive when no one else would, but the vehicle came in faster than expected (right before Christmas - super awesome). Thanks Robert and team, I will continue to buy my GM vehicles at Parks.

I spoke with a nice salesman and told him that I was interested in a specific vehicle, but we were 6 hours away and needed videos to confirm it is what we wanted before making the trip. He stated he would get them to me the next day. I also stated I wasn't interested in paying what they were asking for the vehicle as it was overpriced and it had been on their lot (according to Carfax) for 7 months. He stated ok. Never heard back, after trying to contact someone there, they said it's because they don't negotiate. That would have been good to know when I spoke with him. Doesn't matter, I bought one closer the next weekend for the price I was looking for and the vehicle they had is still on their lot, a month later.

Was unhappy I was handed over to someone other than the person I had been talking to. Sales staff smoking at the front door and the area was not clean. First impressions count. Mine was not good.

I've never dealt with a more unprofessional, crude, condescending sales manager as Steve McCarthy. Within two minutes of me entering the dealership, with a scheduled appointment, Steve had both called me a liar and requested I take my business elsewhere. Why? Because I questioned (POLITELY) the $14,000 price increase I was faced with between the advertised price on the internet and their admission of an error when I arrived. I understand mistakes. What I don't understand is the arrogant and hostile tone offered by Steve McCarthy. You can be assured, I will never step foot in a Parks owned dealership again.

Excellent service
I was shopping online for a certain type/age used car within a certain mile radius of home, and I found one at Parks. We had excellent communication, and I drove up and decided to purchase the car. Everyone was very helpful. I would highly recommend Parks Motors to purchase a car. If their service in purchasing is any indication, their service in repairs should also be excellent.
