Went in to purchase new battery to replace the Motorcraft battery that had been in my Fusion for almost 9 years.Motorcraft batteries are the best made.... The Motorcraft in my pickup was over 10 years old when I replaced it. The service was very good and friendly employees.Got my battery installed in very fast.
The gentleman greeting us at the desk told us twice when I asked him to look up information on when the seat was serviced for a recall and the number of... miles the warranty on the tires was for we were told it was too much trouble. We could do it on the Internet at home. I then asked for my complimentary car wash (which I have always received at Green Ford in Greensboro) he told me they did not do that either. After I told him I had gotten it before he replied this is a small dealership they couldn't do all of that. I told him to cancel the work order on the new set of tires. He replied the tires were already ordered. I told him to keep them I was leaving. Everything I had asked he would not do. I told him to go ask his manager. The service manager was very polite and said indeed they would do the car wash. The next day I went to get my car and pay for the tires and asked the same man how I would go about getting the $70 rebate for the set of tires. His reply was - we have already given you enough what else do you want? Ford gave us nothing. The tire manufacturer gave us an allowance because the tires did not last as they should.
I want to say after a harrowing experience with County Ford in Graham . These guys restored my faith in good people. I am a disabled lady of 6his 3 . I... don't have the greatest credit . I am upfront when I call a dealership about myself and my budget . I found a car I was interested in on their site 2012 Fiat Sport . Called and set up a test drive . I met Mike first , what a great guy . Before I even got to drive it , he suggested checking to see if I could get it in the range payments I wanted . This took a little time ,but was well within limits of waiting time . Then his finance manager took over ,as we went on a test drive . Long story short ,these guys went above and beyond , even got me a much better finance rate than Country Ford had offered . Love these Guys . Greatest place to go when looking for a car !!!!!!!

My F250 was misfiring they diagnosed the problem which was 2 ignition coils which they replaced and did a fuel injection cleaning. Truck ran great afterwards.... Everything is diagnosed by computer now and so unless you have one $$$$$ it just better to bring it to the dealership and get it done right the first time. The cost was $743 out the door which included diagnosing the issue & labor ,parts so not that bad.

Estimated bill for PCM-6coils- 6spark plugs- gaskets- and labor was right at 2500.00, actual bill was 2733.68. After driving only 75 miles, check engine... light comes on again. When car was ready, I had to walk all the way to the end of the building which was a fair walk for me since I had suffered a broken leg a couple of years earlier. Why couldn't the car be delivered to the service area which would have been a 10 foot walk for me. Last year I had spent 517.00 for a power steering hose replacement. This car has had a recall for a faulty gas tank.Now is under a a recall for a faulty passenger air bag. Think it is time for maybe considering an import

Time again for regular auto maintenance. They worked me in promptly. Got me on my way again. Very important as I go after 13 hours night shift.
