Done my family wrong!

Only gave one star cause I had to. We were at Fletcher last year. We picked out a used truck. Red and gold. Beautiful. Just what we wanted. They had us park it in the sold parking spot. Gave us our monthly payment. The next thing I know another salesman jumped in the truck and took it to another lot to a guy he knew. They sold the truck out from underneath us. Now we're in a truck we didn't want. V6 and 2 wheel drive. I want to talk to Frank Fletcher please.

Service department very poor.

Took my daughters 2018 Jeep renegade in for oil change service. The Next day we had oil all over the driveway. Took vehicle back next day and told them this. Waited 4 hours while they took others ahead of me back for service. Finally went up front and had to be rude for assistance. Said they might get to it if they can. If you service a vehicle that was purchased from you and it was brought in for service and it comes back the next day with an issue from the service it should be a priority to make it right. Will never return even though I have purchased 3 new cars from them. Wrote email and reported all this and never heard back. Very poor customer service. If you could give one star that’s what it would be.

Dealer of ill repute

Bought 2 new cars here in 4 years. Pandemic influenced the second. It will be the last. Service department is a very bad joke. Managers word is worthless. They stand behind nothing. Be prepared for the ridiculous closing/finance dog and pony show.

Trying to buy a vehicle

Went in Monday afternoon and set a price fir a car. Went back Wednesday with a check and they wouldn’t sell it to me. Wanted 3000 more. Said it was the wrong price although they are still advertising it for the same price I supposedly had it purchased for. One salesman Chris tried to work it out but the assistant I guess manager was troublesome Oh well I bought a jeep there a few years ago but i wont be back.

I have purchased 2 new vehicles in 4 years from Fletcher Doge in Jonesboro,Ar. Will do no future business there. Service department is a joke.

Warranty work

Fred Fletcher Dodge came to my rescue as I was out of town, stranded, from Ohio. They went way out of their way to obtain the critical part that I needed. Limped there from OKC, at 4p.m. I was given a brand new Ram courtesy truck , and at 1 o'clock the next day the repair was completed, all under warranty. Th My truck has over 100,000 miles on it. Chrysler had extended the warranty on Eco-Diesels.

I would not let them look at my bicycle. They can't fix anything. There rude unprofessional.they lied about your car and say its an easy fix and charge you even though it's not fix

Great Experience

James Calloway is the best salesman I have dealt with in my car buying experience. He worked with me to get the deal I needed and was honest about what he could do the entire time. I felt that he gave his best effort to show behind the curtain the entire experience.

terrible wait time for oil change

I've been buying a new truck from here every 2 years since 2013. in the past year the service department has been terrible on the wait times for oil change even after scheduling an appointment a week ahead. scheduled oil change for 9am this morning got there 15 minutes early and was told it would be 2 hours before they started and another 30 to 45 minutes once started. I'm done buying from here. talked to sales and service managers and they didn't act like they cared at all.

My car is not fixed yet

new parts were never put on they said they did my car has been there 6 times for weeks at a time every time I get it back it's worse shady crap come to find out the Carfax to the car had another Vin number last time they said they fixed it got there to pick it up it had a flat and a five gallon bucket of wind shield washer fluid leaking in the back seat and the all kinds of stuff loose underneath wires hanging ect please fix my car this is last time I plead with you to fix my car I have two small children it's dangerous when I had a fit about the stuff being loose and the noise the created from the front end alignment after having the car for 3 weeks me driving there loaner car they said I would have to make a appointment
