    I would not let them look at my bicycle. They can't fix anything. There rude unprofessional.they lied about your car and say its an easy fix and... charge you even though it's not fix

    James Calloway is the best salesman I have dealt with in my car buying experience. He worked with me to get the deal I needed and was honest about what... he could do the entire time. I felt that he gave his best effort to show behind the curtain the entire experience.

    Hi. My husband and I went to Fletcher Auto Group in Jonesboro AR looking for a specific truck. Dia Althari was one of the nicest people there. He was very... helpful. He wasn't just nice because we were buying a vehicle, he was funny and genuine. He seemed to love his job and helping people. I will go back to buy my next vehicle. And by the way he found the truck we wanted and got us a good deal. Thank you Dia.

    I've been buying a new truck from here every 2 years since 2013. in the past year the service department has been terrible on the wait times for oil change... even after scheduling an appointment a week ahead. scheduled oil change for 9am this morning got there 15 minutes early and was told it would be 2 hours before they started and another 30 to 45 minutes once started. I'm done buying from here. talked to sales and service managers and they didn't act like they cared at all.

    new parts were never put on they said they did my car has been there 6 times for weeks at a time every time I get it back it's worse shady crap come to... find out the Carfax to the car had another Vin number last time they said they fixed it got there to pick it up it had a flat and a five gallon bucket of wind shield washer fluid leaking in the back seat and the all kinds of stuff loose underneath wires hanging ect please fix my car this is last time I plead with you to fix my car I have two small children it's dangerous when I had a fit about the stuff being loose and the noise the created from the front end alignment after having the car for 3 weeks me driving there loaner car they said I would have to make a appointment

    Apt. at 8:30 for oil change. Inquired at 10:00 why taking so long. Was informed the 8:30 was check-in time not apt time. I had called the day before... to make the apt. Wonder why I wasn't informed of the new procedure (no longer had express lube available) at that time. I waited until 10:45 for the oil change to be completed. This is the worst service I have ever received. I am on oxygen and the battery almost ran out before the oil change completed.

    So Sorry we bought from you!!! Would not recommend you. Bought a 2019 has been back to the dealer ship 3 times in less then 2 weeks have been lied to they... act like your not there. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing

    Took my Compass to dealership two months ago. was told it would take two weeks to get part. waited with no feedback until may 19. i called and was told... the parts had not been ordered but was informed the the parts would be ordered snf they were sorry that they had forgotten about my car. still waiting for that phone call. maybe if i were considered important, i would not have to wait. don't believe what you are told.

    We came to Fletcher dodge to look at a used Nissan altama and came home with a 2017 journey.our salesperson Dia Althari was great ,and made the whole experience... easy and fun.thank you Dia for all your help.would definitely buy another car or suv from Fletcher dodge again.
