Asked for four things to be looked at in order of priority, only received a quote for some of the items. When I went to pickup vehicle after paying. I was told that all wasn't fixed and that I shouldn't turn it off. This issue was the first priority that I had listed and mentioned several times the four weeks it was there and was given the runaround. They made me feel like I was wasting there time with my vehicle issues and 5k later gave me back a unsafe vehicle.
Go there and buy your car and any repair you need.
Mr RANDY,THE MANAGER of Beaman in church st.Murfreesboro is THE NICEST and very WONDERFUL person , he understands people.MR JOHNNY,his assistant manager is also the same ,they're good people inside and out.GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU on the dealership.
Great Dealership, Great Salespeople.
We had a great experience at Beaman DCJR. Our salesperson Celia made a good experience great. She truly went above and beyond what most salespeople do. Very pleasant to work with, not pushy like some I have experienced. We texted on the 4th of July and she texted back and went to the trouble of making a very good personal video to show the van to us. We drove to Murfreesboro TN to look at the van and bought it. She made sure that it was cleaned up good before we left. Beaman DCJR made us feel that they wanted our business.
Steer clear of this place to purchase a vehicle
Paid $34,675 CASH for a Truck last week at Beaman. Salesman was a nice fellow but we got screwed on the trade in. We told the salesman that we wanted $30k for the trade in with less than 10,000 miles on it and they agreed. After a visit to his boss he came back with the $30 k trade in offer. I signed a document stating that they were going to give us that amount on my trade in. Actually they only ended up giving us $28 k on the trade in. After a few calls to the sales rep i finally got a call from the big man, Bobby. He touted the paperwork and that we had signed and that was the way it was, even said that some of their paperwork was to the detriment of the customer. If you want a vehicle steer clear of this place. "OUR PAPERWORK IS A DETRIMENT TO OUR CUSTOMERS" PER THE BOSS MAN. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS
Not a 5 star dealer anymore
Waited 6 weeks for a vehicle to come in talked to half a dozen salesperson’s. Went to look at the vehicle when it came in. The vehicle was damaged they promised to call me when it was available and they never called sold the vehicle out from under me. I reached out to them about the vehicle and no one had the guts to tell me they sold the vehicle. Not a 5 star dealer anymore, I bought 2 cars from them I’ll never buy another one from them.
No confidence in their service department
This is the second time since I purchased my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk that I have experienced a problem that their technicians saying there was no problem with my vehicle. About two months after I purchased my Jeep I experienced a problem with my A/C suddenly not cooling well. They said it was working correctly. Yet as a 'cold natured' person I suddenly had to turn my A/C down to 62 degrees to feel any A/C coolness in the air. This was in October so it wasn't that hot. They said nothing was wrong and gathered a lot of guys around to say it was working correctly and there was nothing to be done. I felt intimidated and left. The problem still occurs. Presently for several weeks my transmission has not been shifting correctly and has been stalling while it changes gears in drive or not engaging in the selected gear. We found a service bulleting online regarding this issue and what service should be performed. Secondly my uConnect system has started randomly rebooting and sometimes it reboots multiple times in one occurrence (i.e. 3 times within 1/2 mile). Thirdly my backup camera has been freezing and staying frozen while driving and doesn't unblock until I stop or turn my Jeep off and then back on. We took it in for service with an early morning appointment. We called after 1:00 for an update and was told they could not find any problems, there were no software updates or service bulletins on this vehicle. Therefore there was nothing they could do. When we pressed the issue, the only thing they offered was one of their service guys to drive it home and back to work to see if the problem could be duplicated. Why can't they drive the vehicle during business hours and try to duplicate the problem? I do not feel comfortable 'lending' my car to someone I do not know. I do not have any confidence in their service department and will not recommend them to anyone. Which means I will not return for my next vehicle purchase or recommend them for service or sales.
Too hard, I don't know, sick as Covid-19 Virus
I have visited this location a couple of times, talk about excuses from service dept, if it isn't "I don't know the part I am looking to order"....really, talk about advertising, nothing is disgusting as attitude of "I don't know". I research my extended contract for my vehicle before I go in, These untrained wanna be professionals should have some kind of reference, or as sophisticated as things are nowadays, notes, to refer to that would ASSIST the consumer instead of totally DISCOURAGE receiving service. This location is the oldest and only location in Murfreesboro........it shows.......from their staff to their............merchandise......ALL.
Great Experience - Work with Ron Radcliffe!
Ron took great care of me and completed a deal including trade mostly by email. He even had my new RAM 1500 Laramie delivered to my house. He went above and beyond to answer my many questions and concerns throughout the process. I took delivery yesterday and he has already followed up two times to make sure I’m happy, very nice not to have the typical take your money and run sales guy. I also brought my own financing and Ron was very honest and not pushy to use dealer finance. Look forward to working with Ron and Beaman in the future, highly recommend.
WORST DEALERSHIP EVER
Worst experience ever at a dealership. Very unprofessional in their business practices. After may emails and texts, the salesman “pawned” us off to another salesman who didn’t know anything about our conversations, all because we were in the market for a new car because he didn’t make but $150 on a new car. It was awful. Then when we arrived at the dealership, they would not honor the price that the first salesman had quoted us!!
Customer service
Service after the sale is pitiful at best, make sure you make a detailed list of any concerns or issues prior to purchase. Service department is pitiful.
