Beyond frustrating experience!

Beyond frustrating experience! BAD BUSINESS! Strung me along and then sold the car out from under me. Sales associate: Allend. Worked with Allend over the phone to move forward with purchasing a RAM1500. I live in Atlanta and was looking to purchase this truck in Tennessee. Allend was very hard to keep in contact with, I had to follow up with him most times, but worked with me through the financing applications, my friend checking out the vehicle in person, a temporary verbal hold confirmation on the vehicle, and promised several times that the manager was about to reach out to work with me on a remote deposit to secure the vehicle. I was ready to drive up for two different days to purchase the vehicle but the dilemma was that there was a part still being replaced so did not want to make multiple trips up. He lied about the hold and who knows what else. Not sure if he was out of touch with reality, trying to string me along, or running a parallel path and there was bad communication with some other sales manager but the vehicle was sold out from under me after two and a half days of discussion with Allend and his finance person Samantha. This was after leading me to believe that I essentially had the vehicle and was waiting on a deposit process with finance. Frustrating trust (to an extent) a human/process and expect an honest dealing and get lied to after skipping various scheduled activities to try to make this purchase. I don't get upset often but this was absolutely unacceptable and scummy. Probably best I didn't end up following through with their business if that's how they do it.

This dealership didn’t know what it means customer

This dealership didn’t know what it means customer service at all I went to them to check my car and they told me we are busy Please book an appointment and after I rescheduledand reschedule my appointment they keep the car for 4 days without even look or check what’s wrong with my car when I called them every day to check what’s the issue with my car they keep me on hold for 40 minutes knowing that the lady who answered my went to check and coming back to me so after 40 minutes she forgot about me and told me how can I help you and she started over again after 40 minutes waiting and one important thing I noticed that every time I went to make any maintenance or changing any part they put not original parts they used very cheap quality stuff and they are overpriced, when I asked to meet the supervisor for complain they refused to make me meet him and refused to give me the corporate office number they said go find in on the Internet so don’t go to this dealership for buying or service that’s my advice.

Awful communication

11 days after my 2 year old Jeep left me stranded, I finally had to call Jeep corporate to get them involved to find out what was going on. Up front I stated that I understood labor and parts shortages existed and I just wanted clear communication on what was going on and honest estimates on turnaround time. I didn't get that. Multiple voicemails and texts went unreturned. I was able to speak with someone twice, but it was vague and there was no follow up. I asked for a call when the warranty paperwork was filed with Jeep so that we could get a rental and I heard nothing. I cannot recommend Beaman.

My car was towed to this dealer 9 days ago for repairs on work previously done. No one will call me. I've called and texted 20+ times. This senior give Zero for no service. No way to treat prior customers.

great service

Thank you RYAN for a great experience getting my diesel ram fixed right! I came in thinking my clunking was coming from driveshaft U-Joints , But Ryan and his team were able to quickly get me in and properly diagnose and replace my front axle U-joints. While in there they also found one of the lugnuts I had repaired myself (incorrectly, thanks for the wrong part Oreilles!) and replaced it with the correct one. The wait wasn't too bad with the comfy and spacious waiting area, especially with the complimentary drinks and snacks on hand. Ill be back thanks to this positive experience at Beaman and the military discounts! Thank you for your support and quality service.

The salesmen here lie to make sales!

The salesmen here lie to make sales!! I went on a very slow day and I was looking for certain features for my next vehicle and the salesman told me this vehicle had it all. I later found out that he had lied to me! The dealership will not do anything to to fix this now except apologize on the behalf of the salesman! Now I’m paying $3,000 extra dollars to have a unit installed into my car because they falsely advertised features that my vehicle did not come equipped with. BE AWARE OF THIS!!!!

I am new to Tennessee & my Grand Jeep Cherokee had an

I am new to Tennessee & my Grand Jeep Cherokee had an recall. So, I call this dealership & made an appointment to get service. I was informed that they offer a service that'll take me to work & pick me up as well. I took the service b/c I needed to get to work. So, I set up that service & appt. time. The day of service, I go in & there's no clear direction of where to go, so I ask the first desk I see on where to go to receive service. She had no idea & pointed me in a general direction on the other side of the room. So I go searching for help, the next desk I come to didn't know either so they pointed me to another area. This person had no idea, so they then got a mgr. involved. He started asking me who my rep was. I had no idea because I wasn't given that info. when I set up service. He does some research to find that it's Derrick, so he proceeds to check over everything. At this point about 15 minutes have gone by so I state that I need to get to work. I then had to explain about the service that was offered to get me to & from work. They confusingly look for a way to get me to work. Finally a Jeep pulls up & they tell me that that's my ride. He informs me that he doesn't know their plan for getting me from work b/c he will be off by the time I get off. So, I call over an hour before I get off just to see how I was getting back to my Jeep. They tell me that everything is set up, that it would be an shuttle to come and get me. So, as it's getting closer to me getting off, I realize that they gave me no details on how this would work. I call back, they tell me that it would be either Uber/Lyft that will be my transportation. So, at this point it's time for me to get off & I don't have any text or phone calls with an ETA or anything. I have never done Uber or lyft so I was clueless. I call back & they tell me that it should be on the way.10 minutes go by, so I call again. I explain that I am not familiar with the process & how would I know they were otw or when they arrived. So, I speak with a mgr. in service who tells me that he is going to figure this out even if he has to pick me up himself. So, Derick then calls me back and tells me that the car is otw & I will receive a text message. I wait 15 minutes & I hadn't received any msgs yet. So, I call back and was told that service was gone for the day. I am thinking, "Gone? Without making sure I have been taking care of"? So, I explain to her the situation and she says "let me holler back there to see if I can get someone". So, she then says the service mgr. said that he was on his way. A few minutes later, I get a text stating that my driver is otw. So, I call back to let the dealership know. The driver shows up almost 40 minutes after I got off work. Frustrated I explain to the driver what had happened, he explained to me how the service was booked after I got off of work & that's why it took so long. He showed me in his app and everything. I was so annoyed because all of this was suppose to be taken care of the day before, I even checked to confirm a couple of times before I even got off. So, I get in the dealership, there's no one to greet me. I am standing there for a little before someone finally asks "have you been helped"? I answer no, and explained that I needed my keys & wanted to speak with a mgr. He started looking for my keys & a mgr., he goes to the back. While waiting another guy, Timothy, comes up and asks "have you been helped"? I state yes but that the guy didn't know where my keys were. So, I tell him the make and model of my vehicle, he immediately finds them in a draw at a desk we were standing near. I then explained to him my horrible experience with getting picked up from work. He apologized, stated that no mgr. was available, took my info. & assured me that his Mgr. would be giving me a call & they would see if they could rectify the situation for the horrible service I received. I have yet to receive an email, phone call or even a text about what happened. I was so dissatisfied on the type of service I received & I will never go there again.

Unprofessional only trying to make a quick buck.

Asked for four things to be looked at in order of priority, only received a quote for some of the items. When I went to pickup vehicle after paying. I was told that all wasn't fixed and that I shouldn't turn it off. This issue was the first priority that I had listed and mentioned several times the four weeks it was there and was given the runaround. They made me feel like I was wasting there time with my vehicle issues and 5k later gave me back a unsafe vehicle.
