Sold me a certified Chrysler 300.
Sold me a certified Chrysler 300. One tire was bad so they told me to come back and they would change it. My wife took it back and it was worse after they replaced the tire. I took it to a local dealership and they looked into what was making it ride so bad. I've had this car 3 weeks and already costing me 2000$ to get it in running order. They won't call me back. They refuse to answer any calls about my tag. They take advantage of you really bad. I would avoid this place at all costs. I heard them discussing what to do about a jeep they sold with a rusted frame and the words "they bought it let them deal with it" was said. Very very bad place. Do no go there. Idc how many good reviews you read. They are very shady. Even in their extended warranty dept. It's all very bad.

Very dishonest!
Very dishonest! I call to see if a truck is available they tell me yes it is and will be ready for sale tomorrow. Great! I ask can you please send me some pictures of the truck.(dealership is about 1hr 45 mins from my home) They tell me as soon as I find the truck. Day 2 I text asking again for pics of the truck, told truck is getting certified. I ask for a discount of about 6% they said not problem we can work with you. A few hours later I get a call from a manager telling me the truck is getting certified and should be ready shortly. I ask tell her we are still working toward this discount. Yes she said we will work with you. Day3 I text can I get pictures? I am told heater core did not pass and will be ready by Saturday when I was planing to go purchase the truck. I ask for the final quote in writing looking for any hidden fees. I now have driven the 1hr 45 mins to go see the truck and still not picture. When my family and I get to this town we decide to get lunch before going to the dealership, I get a text here is your quote. I am very excited to see the discount that I have been told will happen and I notice the truck is full price. I ask did you forget something we discussed a small discount specially since I just drove over 100 miles. No Sir we have decided no discount. WHAT! You sir we are a small dealership (its a Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler, and Ram) Small my butt! When I stated you assured me twice from two different people one being a manager and then they went silent. Never trust a dealership like this TRASH!

I would leave this dealership 0 stars if I could! HORRIBLE service department. I was WAY over charged!! $30 each for AFTERMARKET spark plugs??? Really??? They changed 6 spark plugs, air filter change, brake fluid change, coolant flush and VVL seal replacement which I did not need and it didn’t show up on diagnostics so it probably wasn’t even done…then they came at me with a $2000 bill after having my vehicle for 8 days!!! They “Cut me a deal” for $1160. NEVER ever would I recommend this service department. This isn’t my first bad experience with them but thought I would give them a chance again…HUGE mistake!!! I did the diagnostics prior to taking it in and knew that I probably needed spark plugs…they nit picked the rest that I could’ve had done elsewhere for a fraction of the cost. They charged me $749.32 for labor that probably realistically took a few hours. Save your money & go elsewhere!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP TAKE YOUR BUSINESS
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE !! My brand new 2025 Ram had a light dimming sensor issue (at least that’s what they told me)and did not make out of the parking lot before the blind spot light came on lights in the steering wheel started flashing and front collision sensor went on stoping the truck in traffic luckily after turning the truck off and restarted it I was able to make it back to the dealership. They put me in a loaner and said it was probably the battery. I picked it up in a few days in the evening then next am went out to go to store and noticed several scratches on the drivers door that were not there when I purchased the truck. I reached out to the salesman he said he would let the service manager know. The next morning going to work the truck had the same electrical / sensor issue so the salesman brought me yet another loaner and took the truck back to the dealership. I reached out to the sales manager and he told me the scratches we fixed ( they most likely happened when the truck was in service TWICE FOR THE SAME ISSUE ) Remember the is a BRAND NEW TRUCK! When I went to pick up it up a few days later the scratches were not handled as I was told more than once by the sales manager Tyler. The sales manager that was there was very rude and condescending and told me there was nothing he could do and actually went out and rubbed the scratches thinking it was something on the door panel and made the scratches actually WORSE I told him I was going to call Ram customer care he rudely to me to “GO AHEAD” Then he told me to go back to service and have the service manager Nate to put it through warranty. Nate told me he took digital pictures and would get back to me in couple of days Nothing no call I called at least 5 time always busy per service advisor I left messages and no call back to date. So I have a 50K plus BRAND NEW TRUCK THAT BROKE DOWN TWICE within 40 miles on the odometer and got scratches in service by the technician or someone at the dealership all on drivers door and a panel under the dash they removed to replace the “dimming sensor”they used a power tool to remove and reinstall and over tightened and chewed up the hard plastic around the screw on one side. The truck also had scratches on both middle pillars it either came from the factory that way or when detail applied the “DEALER ADDED INTERIOR PROTECTION “ that they added to the price of the truck as “electronic registration “ aka a junk fee. Terrible dealership very respectful and helpful till you sign the paperwork and the loan funds after that they treated me very disrespectful and were very deceiving and did not follow through what they said they would do. A great way to treat a disabled vet or anyone else. Horrible would be an understatement they lied repeatedly and are not accountable for damages to my BRAND NEW TRUCK. The only good thing that I can say about the dealership is that the salesman Luis did a great job and did his best to make a bad experience better.

Recently purchased a truck from M&L, and I am disappointed with the service regarding the key fobs and the pushy sales tactics. It was never mentioned during the purchase that there would only be one key fob provided. Upon receiving my vehicle, I realized I only received one key fob, which has been an inconvenience for my family and I. Additionally, I found the sales manager to be very pushy during negotiations, which made the experience uncomfortable. They were insistent on certain details and rushed through explanations. I understand oversights can happen, but it's disappointing that the key fob issue wasn't communicated clearly or handled properly. I've reached out to the dealership about this issue multiple times but haven't received a satisfactory resolution yet. I hope this feedback helps them improve their communication and customer service in the future and for this not to happen to anyone else.
