I would have given this place 0 stars,worst experience

I would have given this place 0 stars,worst experience ever.I brought my car in to get work done and left with other problems they created, stereo messed up and car horn not working after I called them out on this they straight up told me they not responsible even tho they are the ones that caused these problems. Already gave them a bad review on yelp,Google and reported them to the BBB. And yeah the response they give is I'm sure automated and no solving of the issue is given so everybody especially Military be aware do not buy or get your car fixed there because you will leave with more problems. Shame on yall !!!

It's really the service dept.

It's really the service dept. We've gotten two cars from there.... They are just sheisty if u ever need work done.... When I say overcharge I got seven other quotes for a 1900 at most or parts and labor... Problem is they are the only ones that are allowed to order the part for his transfer case after the year 2020 and his truck is a 2021 and they are the only people that can program the new transfer case they are the only ones with the software.. . They charge us $3,700... Then when we got there yesterday to pick up his truck which was 6 days over the day they said it would be fixed I ask the lady nicely not even with the attitude why were they $2,000 more than anywhere else I was quoted and she basically called me a liar and I started listing off the places I called and the quotes that they gave me and she still was like trying to say oh it was probably cuz it was rebuilt I was like no ma'am they told me if I got the part that I'd be even cheaper..... Things escalated and I left well after I left they actually charged us not $3,700 even though they kept our vehicle way longer they charge us $4483.00!!!!! They said it was for the diagnostic and the fluid for the transfer case.... I'm not good at math but the diagnostic was 189 and I highly doubt fluid was another $500 Not to mention I was under the impression that if we got the work done by them to diagnostic would be included and how was the fluid for the transfer case not included in the quote for parts and labor?? Con artist

Great friendly atmosphere.

Quinn Jones was our sales representative. He did everything he could to insure we got the best deal possible and the vehicle we wanted. He was upfront straight and honest. You want someone that work for you to insure you get the best put there go see him at Vaden Nissan.

Great dealership to purchase from

It’s my second time buying a vehicle from this dealership. Both times Chad Hinton made the process really easy. Other dealerships couldn’t get a simple deal put together and tried to take advantage of ones situation but at this nissan from the moment you walk through the door the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Never felt I was being taken advantage of. The dealership is spotless. Albert Merrell is great at explaining everything when signing the documents to your vehicle purchase. I refuse to go anywhere else and will continue to do business with them in the future. Highly recommended. Only downside is their wash/detail department needs mayor improvement when it comes to delivering a new car. Other than that, I’ve had nothing but great experience both times.

I went there for an oil change and was just talking about maybe trading my car and refinancing since I knew my credit went up a lot since my last car. Well I talked to chad at vaden nissian of hinesville he asked me just a couple questions and punched in some numbers at a car he thought I would like... He then shiwed me the car and it feel in love! Who knew that so much upgrades could happen from 2017-2020! I am so happy with my 2020 SL pathfinder rock creek edition! It had everything I wanted and more!!! Chad made this the easiest and fastest experience for me! I highly recommend him! The best part was also I told him I didnt wanna put any money down and didnt want payments to go up much at all. He worked his magic and made that happen. So if your looking for a car vaden nissian if hinesville is the place to go!!! Ask for chad!!!

Wow!!!

I went into the establishment looking to buy a used car however, O’neal got me a way better option. I felt like everyone in this establishment had my best interest in mind. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had.
