Took a LR in for routine service. Turned into a nightmare for 4 visits. Long story short-vehicle had no issues prior to service. After service next day returned vehicle for burning oil smell. Repeatedly told no issue found. After 4th claimed that gaskets are leaking (after denying any issue for 4 visits). Paid repair bill and drove 20 miles then another issue. Repaired. Then drive 100 miles and oil burning smell returns. Paid 10k for repairs that didn’t work. Immediately traded for a quality German vehicle. Stay away from LR Knoxville service! Unless you want to be ripped off.

I purchased a 2014 RAM 1500 from LR Knoxville. I stopped in on our way to Pigeon Forge, TN to take a quick look at the truck and Keith Connatser was very helpful. I did not have a lot of time to look and he gave me his card and we began working the deal out via emails and phone calls. LR Knoxville was able to appraise my truck through pictures and descriptions and offered a very fair trade-in price for it. They gave me all the information I needed to secure financing and once I had the check in hand I was able to go to the dealership and pick up the truck no questions asked. All staff I dealt with were very friendly and accommodating. I also did not have to wait long at any point and was in the dealership a total of less than an hour. I highly recommend LR Knoxville.
