    Part missing on front passenger seat when truck bought used. Plastic molding on back order.Called parts to see if part had came in,it had not been ordered.... Kyle in parts, had part over nighted and made an appointment to install the next day. Great customer service.

    Had oil change and check. When I got home they had not tighten the metal band around the filter they put in and it blew out just under my windshield ..... we were able to catch it. They need to better check their work.!

    Had my car off and on for 4 months and never fixed the problem. Still going on today. Won’t offer any discounts or anything to service the vehicle they... had and was suppose to fix. They called today and the guy was a jerk so he got it in return. Definitely would not recommend.

    Went to buy a new 2018 slt I literally spoke to 5 different salesman and all with different trade value and price on the truck and I never left the lot.... once I decided to leave the price came down to what I was originally quoted . I am in the customer service business and they were the exact example of what customer service isn't.

    Computer showed r.r. tire going flat while driving in Crossville. Made it to service dept. Kevin says No Problem. Tire fixed, (screw) and my Wife and... I are on our way. While waiting for repair they even stored our perishable groceries in their Company refrigerator. Now that's Customer Service! Our sincere thanks to one and all at Dave Kirk Chevrolet.
