I wish I could give zero stars. I sold a 2023 GMC Canyon to Dave Kirk last Friday. Title in hand, gave them the vehicle and title and they said “Corporate” will have a check for me next Wednesday. In the meantime, they sold the truck on the following Tuesday, before paying me. r. Wednesday morning, after a couple texts with the intake salesman, I told them I would be coming later that day (4:30 pm) to get the check. No one told me it wasn’t ready, they let me drive and show up without having the check. Of course I was angry, they didn’t give a crap about my time or effort and I was the only person who had a right to be angry…they sold a vehicle they didn’t pay for, and couldn’t tell me when I would now get a check. Greg the manager only had the courage to tell me “it’s out of my control, sorry”. He did get frustrated with me because I was very angry and said some colorful things (you would too if someone was giving you the literal runaround for $46,000). He smugly walked away and said “I can cuss too” (why, what has he to be angry about, how much money was he not getting paid???). I told him I would be in the next morning at 9am for the check, he said “OK”. He also said the GM was home sick and they had to send him checks to sign, of course which mine was NOT one of them. When I called the next morning, instead of showing up at 9am, I was told they have the check, but need 2 signatures and the other person who is to sign is out doing rounds at other dealers. No one mentioned 2 signatures the night before, and yet they still saw no urgency to get the second signature, again knowing I was going to be there at 9am! I told them I am coming at 1pm and they better have it or I am bringing the police….yeah I know, probably wouldn’t happen but I was at my wits end, frustrated and very angry from their constant delays and lies. I did eventually get it that day after another trip. Do yourself a favor, avoid these folks at all costs. Horrible, just horrible. There is more to say but I am tired of this nonsense. Shame on them.

Outstanding service
The tech, Corbin, did an outstanding job an in explaining everything to me. The service advisor, Michael was superb. We were traveling and he got us in and out in no time.

BEWARE OF WARRANTY WORK
I bought a new 2021 Equinox from Dave Kirk last year. I do not live in Crossville, so I have been using a Chevrolet certified dealership near my home for scheduled maintenance. My alert/collision sensors have stopped working. I called Dave Kirk service department and was told that since I hadn't used them it would cost me $135 just to diagnose the problem, parts and labor to fix would be additional costs. Apparently, the 3yr/36000 mile bumper to bumper warranty is worthless if you don't use them exclusively.

The folks at the dealership were great. I was able to purchase the vehicle without any hiccups virtually and they drove it 100 miles to me.
