⚠️ Misleading, Unethical, and Financially Harmful I am posting this review to document a serious issue with Mercedes-Benz of Nashville in Franklin, TN regarding delayed payment after selling my vehicle. I sold my car on December 12 and was explicitly told that payment would take approximately four weeks. I relied on that timeline in good faith. After the four-week period passed, I learned that the dealership did not pay off the vehicle until December 30—nearly three weeks after taking possession. I was then told that receiving my proceeds could take up to 60 days, a timeline that was never disclosed at the time of sale. The most troubling part was being told by the salesperson that the dealership can “legally float the money for 60 days” and that large companies hold customer funds to earn interest. Hearing this explanation directly from a Mercedes-Benz representative was deeply unprofessional and completely unacceptable—especially from a luxury brand that claims to value trust and customer service. I also informed them of a family emergency and requested expedited handling. No meaningful action or escalation occurred. This review serves as a warning: get all payment timelines in writing and do not rely on verbal assurances from this dealership. Transparency and customer care here are severely lacking.

I've been trying to get a deal done on a pre-owned SUV
I've been trying to get a deal done on a pre-owned SUV for a few weeks, but when it was disclosed that the SUV had only one key and no floor mats, I said that was unacceptable. I had suggested that they get a replacement key from a sister Sonic location and I would forgo the floor mats...they said no. Multiple calls have been placed to the GM (J. Haas) - with no response. I was willing to fly to Nashville and drive the SUV back to NC, but I feel this dealership lacks professionalism and customer focus.

However, thank you for the conversation this morning with our GM, Jared Haas, and although that vehicle did sell as discussed, we are grateful that you are still searching for a vehicle and would consider purchasing a similar vehicle if we can find one. He walked us through all the purchasing steps easily and explained and showed us how all the technology on the car worked. We purchased the car we came to look at and could not be more pleased. MB of Nashville gave great service and we were very happy with the outcome.
