The staff was very personable and helpful. The showroom was very clean and break area was stocked with beverages and snacks for the customer's use. I was a bit disappointed with the amount received for my trade in. It had new tires, new battery and ran great.

It's 100 degrees outside today and the Technicians in the shop do not have air conditioning. They look like they are going to expire. This is a Sonic Automotive dealership. they can afford to fix the AC instead of treating the mechanics like second class citizens and not concerning themselves if they get heat exhaustion.
