The staff was very personable and helpful.

The staff was very personable and helpful. The showroom was very clean and break area was stocked with beverages and snacks for the customer's use. I was a bit disappointed with the amount received for my trade in. It had new tires, new battery and ran great.

It's 100 degrees outside today and the Technicians in the

It's 100 degrees outside today and the Technicians in the shop do not have air conditioning. They look like they are going to expire. This is a Sonic Automotive dealership. they can afford to fix the AC instead of treating the mechanics like second class citizens and not concerning themselves if they get heat exhaustion.

I was very impressed on how quick everything went. Every process was extremely easy. The staff made this experience great. Thanks to Mr. Kurt, Mr. Brad and Mr. Derrick made my decision to drive 3 hours away to get the vehicle that I wanted easy.

We were at the dealership several hours until we decided on the vehicle we wanted. Scott and Michael were very patient with us and did not rush any of the process. Very knowledgeable and kind sales team.

Communication became slow after the purchase and never

Communication became slow after the purchase and never received a clear answer on why coolant was missing from the radiator and the overflow tank, despite it being passed on their inspection.

John (sales ) and Michael (finance ) were so helpful, knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions and walked me through the purchase and understanding the features of the new vehicle! Highly recommended them ! They have just switched me to a Mercedes client after this wonderful experience! Thank you !!!
