    These gentlemen have no compassion or professionalism. They are a bunch of liars that just wanna sell a car by any means necesarry. I purchased a 2013... in about oct, of 2012. When i walked on the lot nobody came out.I walked around selling myself the vehicle for about 30 min. After locating the vehicle and asking to see the vehicle letting him know I wasnt looking for them to finance. Thats when the situstion became real. They told me they could get better deals if I financed through them. They submitted to wzy too many banks and still said no. But I didnt have any problems when just weeks before i wss instantly approved with my own bank. Then they told me every customer i sent that purchased a vehicle they would give me $50. Well, four people purchased and i received one check. Then this year another family member went to purchase however they didnt have enough credit. I was asked to cosign and knowing how they submitted to hundreds of banks in the past I told the rep to submit to only one bank not caring about the outcome because I really didnt wanna do. I wanted them to do this on their own. Several weeks later and I'm still receiving letters from the hundreds if banks thst they again submitted to.I called the rep, he tells me to call Joe, I call Joe and he says rep is off but will give me a call back the following day. Never happened.Now two weeks later, again, and credit letters still rolling in. I call back talj to rep, again, now he acts as if he has no idea what I'm talking about. He starts taljing about the vehicle I already own. Then he says you have to ask Gil I dont have anything to do with that but he has a customer with him and one waiting so call back tomorrow at 9 and ask him I have nothing to do with that. I hang up wait about 10 minutes, call back. Get Gil on the phone and he starts taljing with attitude. Telling me that he was responsible he was only doing what he was told and that I needed to take that up with the rep, Ben. They just keep passing the buck and nobody has answers. They could care less about the customer as a whole. They just want to sell a car by any means necessary so they can get their commission. After purchasing my car they acted as if they did me a favor. The sales department in my opnion are not fair nor honest. The service department on the other hand us kind, polite, and professional. Deal with yhat department twice because of a recall. Each time they treated me as if they genuinely cared that my vehicle was operating to its fullest pitential. Looking for a grat missan with good people check out Chesapeake should have gone their first. My family member is quite satisfied. Gabe Rowe Nissan do better by such a great product because you guys are not being fair!!!!!!!!!!

    Researched JUKE for almost a year. Pulled in to dealership on a whim just to check it out. Spoke with Mr. Rowe who gave me a better price than I was expecting.... Left to think about it and called back in an hour. Was extremely busy but wanted to see about trade in value. Very accommodating to my schedule and I returned to find that trade in was exactly what I had calculated. Bought that car on the spot on my terms with no pressure and no sales pitch. Returned next morning for delivery and received outstanding "tutorial" of features along with a test drive to make sure I understood and was comfortable with how the car handled. Less than twenty four hours later after abrupt weather change the tire pressure light came on. Called dealership and was seen in fifteen minutes ...less than ten minutes later everything checked out and I was on my way. Received follow up email to further explain COLD and WARM tire pressure changes. I told Mr. Rowe in the beginning that I was looking for not only a car but a dealership that I could count on. I have found that dealership! I am thrilled with the JUKE...lots of fun to drive, and I have no worries....If I have a question, I will simply call my new friends at Gabe Rowe.

    Please save yourself from buying a used car at this place. I purchased this vehicle approx. 2 1/2 weeks ago and from the first week the tire pressure continued... to go low. I figured I must have something in one. Well with going on a long trip I carried it to a well known tire dealer ship to have it checked out because I did not want to be on the road with my child with a bad tire. Needless to say I was advised that 3 out of 4 tires was dry rotted. I had to have tires it being a safety issue so I called Gabe Rowe and asked was this a norm for them to sell a car like this and was advised of course not and to call and speak with Mr. Rowe. Monday morning my husband did so and explained the situation and was told we should have check the car out before was bought it. I was floored that he had no more compasion than to sell someone a car with tires like this. He did not even car or attempt to help in anyway. I will never deal with this dealership again. I hope anyone that reads this will not given Gabe Rowe in Rocky Mount your business if you wish to be treated fairly.

    Gabe Rowe Nissan is a family owned business with three generations of dealers spanning over 60 years. We have made this long by treating customers th...e way we expect to be treated. The customer took the car to a Tire Store that makes money by selling tires where they were promptly sold tires then expected us to take the Tire Store’s word for it and reimburse them. We were not given a chance to re-inspect the tire to verify that it was dry rot or the cracking that comes from the over use of tire shine products that can cause light surface cracks that are not a safety issue. Considering the car was only three years old, the latter is far more likely the case.

    Dereke greeted me before I got out of my car and when I told him I was considering a used Altima, he said he would work hard to earn my business ... which... is what he did as a sales professional, with confidence, courtesy and professionalism. Dereke and the Sales Manager found a way to make the numbers work to fit my budget, with no pressure other than a sincere interest to make it happen - for both of us. While I stopped at the dealership to explore costs and options, ended up 1 hour later driving home in my newly purchased used Altima. Dereke was a pleasure to work with and he is a professional I would like to work with again in the future.

    I called salesman at Gabe Rowe Nissan. Ask for info on new car. Had met salesman before and he was very nice to work with. When I ask for a price he called... back and said that Mr. Rowe want to meet us in person to talk price. Told salesman about contact with another dealership and the excellent price they had email us. Salesman said that Mr. Rowe said he would meet or beat the other dealership's price. Told salesman we didn't want to drive the @45 miles without a price. He called back and promised a price match or better and would even pay us gas money if we would only come talk to Rowe. Drove to Rky Mt., waited 20 min for Rowe to come in and tell us he could not match price. No gas money was offer either. Don't believe their pitch. Got excellent price from another dealer. Find what you like and shop around. I don't recommend Gabe Rowe Nissan.

    The other dealer originally gave him a price over the phone that we knew they could not do. We told him they were lying and to get it in writing. We... asked him that when he found out they were lying to refuse to do business with them and come buy from us. He agreed. He called the other dealer and found out they had “made a mistake”. They gave him a new price that was higher but I did not have the car on my lot and could not find one to exactly match the price. They lied to him and he still went and bought a car from them. This is why some car dealers lie. Because people like T Elliott let them get away with it. And I get the bad review.

    I purchased a 2008 Cherolet Silverado 1500 crew cab from this dealership the buying process was fast and easy and the vehicle could not have been any better.... However after only 45 days and with only 30,000 miles the battery went dead and was checked only to find 2 dead cells. I got no help from the dealership and Chevrolet was going to charge me over $150.00 to replace the battery I felt it was unfair that I had to purchase a new battery and recieved no help at all from the dealership.

    I am very sorry that Spotter had some bad luck with his battery. Batteries are notorious for going bad without any warning and are very susceptible t...o conditions and treatment. Most manufacturers only warranty the battery for 12 months on brand new cars. I am not aware of any dealer who would guaranty a battery on a used vehicle.
