Idk who but she has long red hair she was amazing but the

Idk who but she has long red hair she was amazing but the tech that worked on my car wasn't my rims are chipped and scratched around the lug nuts and my washer fluid is frozen solid. Called and spoke to Allen and he said the sockets have a covering to prevent it but it still happened. I also arrived with no washer fluid and left next day my washer fluid is all frozen that they put in and Allen said it's premixed that can't happen. So I had 2 things happed to my car that I was told can't or really shouldn't have happened. I only came here becuase it's the only one in the area and it was very sad work on my car less then 6 months old and now my rims are messed up coming from a car guy it's unacceptable for this to have happened now I get to own a car with cosmetic damage that was avoidable
