Basney Honda

I have always used Basney to purchases my Hondas and maintenance of my vehicles. Love the popcorn

This was the best car buying experience I have had. The price for the car was fair and Mr. Briney was great to work with!

Called to schedule A/C fix. Expected it to be under warranty. It was. They suggested some other services via text. A bit impersonal, but ok. The reason this was not a 5 was the Uber to get me to come get my car. I told them to schedule it to pick me up at 5:00 when I would be done with workday. At 5:10, no car.... I texted and asked when it would be picking me up. They texted back 'just say when'. WHAT?! So I had to wait another 25 min for the Uber. Very frustrating and angering. Then the Uber was blasting rap music and car was so fragrant, I was still smelling it hours later. It was the not having the Uber scheduled as I asked then losing time and waiting because of it; that made this experience poor.

Clean,courteous staff, nice waiting area I enjoy taking my car for service to Basney Honda.

My car was fixed in a timely manner and I received good customer service while I was there. I really appreciated the complimentary car wash!

He kept me informed and helped me with any questions. Made it all very easy to handle with everything else going on.

Oil change and car wash. Everything went well The wait was not too long ??

Prompt check in, service done in timely manner, vehicle was returned clean and repaired. Great waiting room, good coffee and comfortable chairs
