Asked for a new battery. 3 hours later asked for a status update and was told they were testing. I didn't ask for testing, just a new battery. They took another hour to finally get a battery in.

Made me pay for a new battery and according to hondas 100 month policy you receive a new battery between 1 and three years and the battery was only a year old. Should have been free

I have been doing business with Basney since 2011 and would never consider going to any other dealership. Chip, Scott, Greg, Jay, and Ken were awesome as usual. They found me a used convertible which is exactly what I was looking for and was able to get my daughter an HRV in exactly the color she wanted. I can't say enough good things about our experience!
