Basney Honda

I was told the service would be about 3 hours. Turned out to be 6 1/2!

They have been very easy to deal with, helpful, and wanting the car shopping to be a positive experience for you

Asked for a new battery. 3 hours later asked for a status update and was told they were testing. I didn't ask for testing, just a new battery. They took another hour to finally get a battery in.

Made me pay for a new battery and according to hondas 100 month policy you receive a new battery between 1 and three years and the battery was only a year old. Should have been free

I have been doing business with Basney since 2011 and would never consider going to any other dealership. Chip, Scott, Greg, Jay, and Ken were awesome as usual. They found me a used convertible which is exactly what I was looking for and was able to get my daughter an HRV in exactly the color she wanted. I can't say enough good things about our experience!

when you try to make an appointment and the service writer Austin says we are short handed try Gurley Leep , Discouraging !!!

Love the maintenance Dept especially Austin. He is the reason we keep coming back. He's the best!

I just wanted to know what is causing an error message on my dashboard- nothing more! After paying a diagnostic fee for this troubleshooting, I do not have an answer to this problem!
