Asked for a new battery. 3 hours later asked for a status update and was told they were testing. I didn't ask for testing, just a new battery. They took another hour to finally get a battery in.

Made me pay for a new battery and according to hondas 100 month policy you receive a new battery between 1 and three years and the battery was only a year old. Should have been free

I have been doing business with Basney since 2011 and would never consider going to any other dealership. Chip, Scott, Greg, Jay, and Ken were awesome as usual. They found me a used convertible which is exactly what I was looking for and was able to get my daughter an HRV in exactly the color she wanted. I can't say enough good things about our experience!

Very happy with the purchase of my 2026 Honda Pilot Elite. Scott Allen salesman and Ron Lemanski finance guy made the purchase easy and answered all our questions and were very patient and not pushy.
