Write a reviewThey lied for service dollars!
My lift kit on my Jeep was really noisy. I asked if Rich Top could look at it when they changed my oil. They said I needed my lift replaced. They stated that it cannot be greased because of the “elbow joints” whatever that meant. I explained I had a warranty . They said they couldn’t get through to them but the warranty company would not cover it anyway because it was not a Mopar lift kit. They said they could give me a sweet deal of 3600 instead of 5200. I tried waiting for them to get through to my warranty company for four hours so I finally left. I called everyday for a week to see if they had called my warranty company. They said that they were on hold for an hour each day. At this point I decided to get a second opinion. I took it to another dealer and did not tell them what Roxy Top said. After looking at they asked where I get my Jeep serviced. They said that they should always grease the lift as standard servicing protocol and there was absolutely no grease in the joints. THEN they said they are greasing it and have used an entire tube. At that time I explained that Rocky Too not only did not grease it they actually told me it needed replaced because it was not possible to grease. The new dealer showed me all 10 places where the grease gets filled. Furthermore I had my oil changed twice before with Roxy Top and they never greased my lift kit. Roxy Top lied to get servicing dollars and then when I called them back to tell them they were busted the service manager said they did nothing wrong. Do not trust them!!!!!!

Off Day Maybe?
I went in to look for a Used Jeep Wrangler or possibly new depending on what was available. When I pulled up they were dead and all the salesmen were outside "shooting the xxxx", so they were all right on me when I got out of the car. I told them what I was looking for and showed me right to where they had the used Wranglers. He wasn't overly aggressive but he kept pushing me to look at the new ones and just kept overly stating how the older models can't hold a candle to the new ones. Finally I broke down and said yes show me the new ones; he quickly walked me over and was overly joyous in his execution of the features that put the new ones over the old. I finally just had to make up an excuse to get out of there but I did ask if they would shoot me an email if they got any new "used" Wranglers in and took my info and then I never heard anything from them about it. So the Dealership looks real nice and the cars look real nice but I don't know about the service but like I said maybe it was just an off day?
